I knew about this site through my mom, Ive placed my first order 27.10 for 76 euro and after two day they only start processing my order at warehouse. I was already surprised but patient. Then a day after 31.10 they informed me “Due to a high volume of orders at our warehouse, the delivery will take a little longer than we originally anticipated”
2.11 I send a mail that I still didn’t get my order and not even a shipping confirmation. That my cat have no food for a week and I’m very disappointed. On what they reply that my order was not processed due to a system error.!! And after I agreed on their suggestion proceed it manually and send ASAP they canceled my order and inform I’ll get my money back due 14 days. Just terrible service. I were waiting for nothing. I order on bol.com and get it the next day. I’m very disappointed in this company Brekz.
I don’t recommend nobody to order there.

Delivery was delayed but communication was open and they kept me updated

Brekz has a ton of variety for cats and dogs. I purchase a monthly supply with different types of high protein wet food and am able to buy kibble according to the needs of my pets for a month. The Brekz app needs some work as it has been glitching lately and the delivery time is also not what it used to be. But it is still my one stop shop for all my pet’s needs!

I always order from here and im happy with the company :) fast delivery as well!

Long delivefy keadtime, the first delivery was completely incorrect, the second delivery was incomplete and there is no clarity when the rest will be delivered

Awful! Fraude alert!
The customer service has tried multiple times to make me pay twice for one order. Got written proof that I have payed, but they kept making me pay again; even after Klarna verified my payment. Seems fraude

Everything went wrong.. the package was lost and I got barely minimum support from Breakz team. After many days the package was delivered at home (Breakz team didn't even notice as I informed them). Terrible experience and package delivered damaged and opened. Maybe I was unlucky but I would have expected more support from Breakz, especially as I flagged that the product was sensitive as I needed for my dog.

The products are great, and my cats have been enjoying the wet food very much. However, I was extremely disappointed with the delivery service.

I ordered four boxes of wet food, including two jumbo packs, with a total weight of 10 kg. DPD reported that I was not at home and redirected the parcel to a pickup point about 1 km from my apartment. However, my doorbell camera recorded what actually happened. The delivery man approached my front door without the parcel, looked briefly at the door, did not ring the doorbell, and quickly left. I was at home, so the driver did not miss me. It appeared that he simply did not want to carry the parcel up one flight of stairs to my first-floor apartment.

Having to carry a 10 kg parcel home from a pickup point 1 km away was very inconvenient. I am happy with the products from Brekz, but I hope Brekz will raise this issue with DPD and improve the reliability of its delivery service.

Easy to order, and up to date info about the order status

I placed an order and didn't receive any updates for five days. Then I received an email saying my order had been canceled because the item I ordered was out of stock.
Your website should accurately reflect your inventory so customers cannot purchase items that aren't actually available. Waiting several days only to have an order canceled is very disappointing and a poor customer experience.

I ordered on May 21, received my order over 2 weeks later which was delivered to my neighbor instead to me even though I was home and the order was very heavy to carry. Only half of the order was delivered and after another 2 weeks of sending them a few emails because they just ignored me for days I received refund for only one item so I didn’t even receive proper refund for missing items. The litter ordered is very nice and it’s a shame I can only order it here because it’s not worth the hassle. I will have to look elsewhere for a good cat litter.

TLDR:
Do not order unless you don’t mind waiting a month for half of your order. And not get even a proper refund.
