It’s a poor platform. Difficult to find your way around and honesty, paying for ai workouts. The bit that got me though is that they double charge and claim that it was obvious when you signed up that this was not clearly a free trial. Tried to cancel what a huge drama and they made it extremely difficult. Overall poor don’t recommend.

Virgin abandoned my pet cat half way through a trip from Sydney to port hedland with no notice. Never use them, they have lost me as a customer. I have complained formally. 10 days to respond apparently meanwhile my cat is spending the weekend alone in a cattery. Ha’s almost 19. The equivalent of 96 in human years. Virgin if you see this please contact me.

I had such an awesome experience with Whisky.dk. I had sent Whisky from scotland for Christmas gifts to relatives (I live in Australia) and unknown to me, there are import taxes that the recipients need to pay. So they were all delayed at customs then returned to sender. Thank Brexit! So, I souced a distributor within Denmark, Whisky.dk, they took the order, and had it deilvered within 2 days. Amazing. Really good overall experience and infact got upgraded twice by the car rental companies. Would recommend though that you do'nt take out the insurance that is prompted by you when booking through this site because each of the car rental companies offers their own. If you had taken it out like I had and anything happened, I would have had to pay the excess which is around $4k+ and then claim it back by a third party. Whereas if you take from the car rental companies direct they don't make you do that. Apart from that, all great experience.
