After many years of trying to find a good metal bracket supplier, I finally came across this one. Believe me, they supplied everything that I required. Their products can only be described as of superior quality, with the heavy-duty brackets exceedingly fit for purpose.

When shopping around for some countertop support brackets , there really isn't a shop on every corner selling them . I googled it and all it was coming up with was amazon , with a delivery date of 3- 6 months ( yes months , so obvs coming from china ) . So when i came across weldpress , they offered them made up and fabricated & with me the next day , so naturally I was ecstatic ! I had a 3 day window to get some and fitted for my new quartz worktop measuring up . I really don't know what I would have done without weldpress , so thank you so much , you have really made my day .

I bought a pair of bench brackets from Weldpress this week. They arrived two days after I ordered them on line, which is impressive, and I am delighted with them. Thank you.

Firstly, I've had to resubmit this review, because Weldpress decided to post my personal details in their response, along with my private communications with them, which is a breach of GDPR, specifically article 5 and article 6. If it happens again, and any part of my private communication is quoted, or my full name written, I will report them to Trustpilot and the ICO. Under GDPR, companies are only allowed to use a customer's details for processing of orders and the administration of direct business. Using my details in a public forum such as Truspilot is illegal, and I welcome Weldpress to search for themselves and see if I'm wrong.

Had a great and then completely awful experience with this company.

Ordered some 300mm heavy duty brackets from them, and they arrived promptly.

First strange thing I noticed, though, was that the mounting holes were only 8mm and countersunk. That's a very poor design choice, given that means the only way to get a surface-to-surface fixing is with a countersunk screw. The other thing was that the hole was only 8mm wide, but this is a 9mm thick piece of steel.

"They must have specific type of fixing", I though, since a 7.5mm concrete screw, the only thing that would sit flush, is nowhere near strong enough to reliable hold the things they claim on their website.

I emailed asking for advice on the best way to secure the brackets, and they flat out refused to advise me on anything whatsoever. Just outright refused They told me it was down to "the fitter".

"I'm the fitter", I told them.

They still refused, and gave some twaddle about hiring someone competent.

The problem isn't that these are hard to fit, the problem is the countersunk holes you've drilled that are entirely too small and limit the available methods.

I ended up fixing the problem by drilling new 13mm holes so that I could actually use the m10 Rawl bolts that are the bare minimum for a bracket this size.

It was infuriating going back and forth with them condescendingly telling me I needed to "hire a professional", when the actual problem is that they inexplicably chose to drill tiny countersunk holes for no reason whatsoever.

On the subject of being a professional, I might not be up to the lofty task of fixing brackets into block work, but I managed to fit the kitchen they went into, including making the cabinets by hand, and machining and cutting the granite countertops myself. It's almost as if I know what I'm doing and the problem isn't that I'm a novice at all.

They seem to think it's strange that I thought a company should be able to offer guidance, because "every situation is different". No, no it's not. It's either going in wood, plasterboard, concrete, brick, or block. That's it. You are able to offer guidance on that basis just like EVERY OTHER COMPANY. The fact that you manufacture something with zero spec is just pure laziness.

Oh, and the brackets are terribly machined and covered in mill scale. Not a huge problem, but if you look on the website, they made sure to choose only the shiniest, cleanest examples. It's absolutely not what you receive. It's the literal opposite. It's just plain old dirty mild steel. It's categorically not what you see on the website. That was the most irritating part, because they just look so ugly.

The overall workmanship of the brackets is very shoddy.

I definitely wouldn't purchase again.

I needed arms for a rustic-style bench made a year or so ago with Weldpress's seat frames with backrest. Settled on a pair of their floating shelf brackets (fitted upside down!). Definitely sturdy, matches the legs and suits the style. Order helped by comprehensive website, including accurate dimensions, and reasonable pricing. Very swiftly delivered.

Cristian and the team were responsive, detail-oriented and clearly cared about getting my order right. I've used Weldpress twice on two very different projects and will use them again without hesitation.

I purchased a set of heavy duty brackets from Weldpress. They arrived a couple of days later via DHL and I couldn’t be happier. Excellent product for a fair price. Excellent communication too. Overall totally recommended.

I ordered four brackets for my overhang quartz breakfast bar. I had them powder coated for extra cost. They look good and feel extremely strong. Communication was excellent and delivery was fast. I could have got my brackets from Amazon, but the specifications did not meet my requirements.
