Great product and excellent service
I purchased Corten steel edging for around my garden and I’m really pleased with both the product and the service. The ordering process was quick and easy, and delivery was prompt.
I accidentally ordered some edging incorrectly and needed to return it, but the return process was handled really simply and without any hassle, which I really appreciated.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using them again for future garden projects and would happily recommend them.

Compost bin
Delivered next day which was impressive. Had a friend to help me put the compost bin together, which I would highly recommend as doing it alone would have taken much longer. About 2 hours to put together. Did find some of the wood was warped and really need 2 screws per plank each side when putting together. Would also suggest rubber mallet and drill and a few cups of tea.
Was a little unstable once assembled but just put some stakes in to give it support.
Overall: Happy with product.

Ordered two fence panels, poor quality and damaged
Ordered two fence panels. Both arrived damaged, top bar split on both due to no pre drilling and very rushed labour.
Quality poor.
Company also refused to refund £15 delivery charge as the order came with 3 fence posts (for the panels) that were not returned.
Poor quality product and poor customer service. Won’t use them again.
Never Apologised for faulty goods or inconvenienced caused

My experience with Woven Wood has been…
My experience with Woven Wood has been very mixed. While the quality of the products I’ve ordered has been great (galvanised planting troughs), their order picking across several separate orders has been pretty poor—resulting in the wrong products or multiple duplicate deliveries.
Getting through to customer support has also been hit-or-miss, ranging from ignored emails to replies within minutes. It has also been difficult to reach anyone by phone.
Why do I keep ordering from them, you ask? Having committed to a specific garden design, I needed a consistent product. Now that my garden is complete, I won’t be ordering from Woven Wood again.
20/08/2026 - A second repeat delivery of my latest order, which has already been received, arrived today.
20/08/2026 - Thanks for your reply, Mateusz. I have already spoken with your customer service operative this morning after my second, unwanted delivery. They have my details.

Hazel hurdle - great
Had ordered x1 Hazel hurdle years ago to plug gap in neighbours fence. Just the right density for privacy. This time thanks to 2 young hooligans setting fire to my hedge I needed x9. With 10% off for ordering 10 I placed an order at 530 one evening. They arrived by mid day the next day and on top of that they added x2 extra for free!
Really good screen, quite rustic, nice looking. Moving them around is a 2 person job but they can easily be repositioned if you want.
