Rydiqo® Reviews 

I chose Rydiqo after seeing so many positive reviews and 5-star ratings, but my experience was completely different. Honestly, the reviews made the service look much better than what I experienced. I would not recommend relying on those ratings without doing your own research. Very disappointing experience.

Great Bike and amazing battery power , the style is great and easy to ride and the power up hills is perfect and there are many hills around me , overall a best buy , I have had many others before this but now it’s my go to recommendation and I’ve shared the bike to 5 people already.

I bought an Engwe Engine x from Rydiqo. The whole process was seamless. Delivered to the door, it was over £100 cheaper than anywhere else. The bike is fantastic. I would definitely reccomend Rydiqo.

Cleared out my garage and listed a bunch of spare e-bike parts. Got offers the same day. Sold the lot to one buyer and got paid quickly.

Well so far, it's not been a very good experience. I ordered an e-bike based on what was stated in the listing particulars, only to notice quite a few issues from the images. I decided the bike wasn't for me, so tried to cancel the purchase....and that's when I began to realise there was something seriously wrong.

Within 1 hour of the purchase, I tried desperately and without any success, to reach Rydiqo via it's Live Chat service. I even tried a different browser and a mobile phone when it failed to load. No error message, it just does nothing! So I ended up submitting an e-form, which states it could be 24hrs before a response!!

I then tried messaging the seller, citing all of the issues with her listing. My messages appeared in the chat box, but there's nothing to say these had been received by the seller.

I wish I'd read the 1 star reviews on here before I committed to a purchase. Rydiqo seems highly dubious and somewhat unscrupulous.

On it's website, it claims 4.9/5 from 199 verified reviews, but when you come to TrustPilot, the rating is 3.3 from 7 reviews!!!! And if you run a search on TP, there's only 1 Rydiqo, and none of the reviews on the Rydiqo website, claimed to be from TP, are on there.

ORDER NO. 1086. I have the order confirmation and, following my GENUINE TP review, a refund and order cancellation.

The CEO of Rydiqo also blocked me on LinkedIn after I tracked him down and posted the review on Rydiqo's page.

Ordering was effortless thanks to the user-friendly website. The bike was brand new, came with all the accessories and spare parts, and exceeded my expectations.

Tried to cancel an order for a product that hasn't been despatched yet and they told me of a cancellation fee unless I switch to a different product which I think is illegal. Will either chase with the Ombandsman or initiate a charge back if they try to impose that. Very strange tactics.

Rydiqo were amazing. I tried to purchase a particular bike from two companies before and they just cancelled without any communication. When this happened a third time with Rydiqo they were so helpful and helped me choose an alternative with their advice and also provided some discount for the inconvenience. Emily was really lovely and I have been so pleased with the service she provided. Swift shipping and came within the stated time frame. I would highly recommend.

Website was simple and easy and delivery was fast. Bike was brand new had everything including spare parts and fully satisfied with what I ordered.

Listed my e-scooter and sold it within 4 days. Payment hit my bank after delivery was confirmed — fast and stress-free. Way better than Facebook Marketplace.
