Had the Rhino cards for 4 months now and they do everything they promised! My favorite part is forgetting I have them until I need them- and then I really need them!

I've had these things for one charging cycle so far. The other day I noticed they all dropped off seven days ago so I went around and collected them. I charged each one. And now 1 out of 4 are showing up. There's pretty much no customer support so I looked at all the FAQs, troubleshooting, and videos but nothing has worked. I even deleted 2 of them (and it won't delete the other) like they suggest and now not are they not on my list but they won't show up in Bluetooth in order to Add them like you do when you originally buy them.
These are crap for the money. I bought four and the charger so it was not an inexpensive ordeal and they should last a hell of a lot longer than the 5 months that I've had them!! Did the cold winter affect them? I bought these to protect my trailer and snowmobiles if.they were to be stolen. I guess maybe if you just want to protect your wife's purse they might work?
Save your money and don't buy these things.

Purchased two of these for my wife and I. Set it up according to instructions, and in Switzerland on JULY 8TH, went to FindHub and response was Device not seen for 7 days! I would be happy to give you 5 stars if you could fix this issue.

Bought 2 rhino keys for our trip to Europe. Great being able to know my luggage on the correct flight. Very handy for smaller wallets and my personal passport holder. It makes a loud enough sound to locate it. But not so loud that it hurts your ears. Very easy to charge on a wireless charger and holds a charge for months. Super happy with the product. Highly recommend.

Lied about deliver time and now refuses to issue reimburse

I planned to get one for a trip, and the deliver estimation said it would be delivered in about 3 or 4 business days - It took 2 weeks and I was already in the trip and unable to even receive the package at home, and the support refuses to issue a reimbursement though they are the ones to blame for putting unrealistic deliver times on the website- very fraudulent of them

I wanted a tracker to keep an eye on my luggage etc while travelling so I thought I'd give this smart card a go. I took advantage of the 4 for 2 offer as it was the best value of the choices, and I can easily find use for 4. Choice of black or white meant 2 of each, obviously. My phone is Android so the choice of device OS was an advantage over some other devices. They arrived in good time, and were pretty easy to link to my phone's Find Hub app. It was easy to rename them so as to know which I was looking at. I simply tap the card I want to find, and it shows on a map. If it's some distance away, the location is a bit vague, but once you get close enough it's accurate. The ability to get the card to emit a sound works well and makes it easier to find if it's not immediately visible. These are handy cards to have, are straightforward to use, and the offer I chose make them good value for money.

recently purchased a Rhinokey Smartcard for tracking my wallet or bags and very impressed with the accuracy on this card.It was so easy to set up on my Samsung phone and linked up to be able to track all my tech .I wish I'd bought some extra smartcards for my family.

As Android user could not use AirTags but Rhinokey has proven a godsend. Bought 4 with 1 permanently in my wallet, 1 in my laptop sleeve and 2 in travel bags. Unlike Apple Air Tags, the credit card format allows these to seemlessly slip into a wallet or laptop sleeve. Also genuinely 3 minutes to pair with my phone. Cannot recommend this product enough.

Handy credit card size …slips inside your wallet or hand bag. Works with Apple finder app. Easy to set up. Already located misplaced keys. Had an issue with a card that stopped working. Rhinokey immediately sent out a replacement no messing no delay. Great

I purchased 4 Rhinokeys. The quality and make of the card quality and make is top notch and they are simple to set up on your phone. I have an Android phone and it literally took minutes to set up. I also shared the keys via the app so my partner can monitor our luggage when travelling, again, so simple. I highly recommend Rhinokey.

Excellent customer service! I contacted them telling them that my Rhinokey smart had broken, and all I had to do was send them a picture of my key, and then they sent me a new one at no cost! I didn’t even have to pay ahipping! Mind blown! Thank you, Rhinokey!

I'm quite happy with my rinokey smartcard en keyring BUT one of the smartcard is defect and I tied contacting rinokey via their contact form online and by email. No reply so no solution for quite an expensive item. Not pleased at all

This is a great item. Really easy to install and you can send and share your location really easily. The male a noise function is really good,shame its not louder but it still does the trick.

It was really easy to set up. Looking forward to using them in a couple of months. Very slick and modern looking. Happy with purchase and even better that it works of Android and Apple phones
