Saw the ads, was interested even though I have AirTags. The bundle deal was hard to resist so I ordered five and chargers too. I kept two and gave three away. We’re all thrilled. The product works and our wallets are safe. Customer Service is fabulous. I had a concern and question. Bunny and Sheryl are wonderful. Answered promptly, courteous, kind, welcoming, instructive, explanatory, solved my problem, and answered my question. I’m impressed. Great representatives for your company.

I recently went to a county fair and parked in a big field with hundreds of other cars. I took the spotminder from my wallet and left it in the car so I could find it more easily.
When i left the car, I expected to get a notification that i had left my wallet behind, but i never got a notification.
When we left the fair, i activated apple find my app and selected my wallet. The app kept trying to get me to walk to the street. Even when I got close to my car the find my app still did not show where my car was, it kept trying to get me to walk to the street. If I had actually lost my wallet I never would have found it. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a spotminder.
If I am doing something wrong, please let me know.

The Phone Stand Wallet is great. It has room for four cards for easy access and the stand works great in vertical or horizontal mode. Not to mention it’s tractable in case the need arises. Very satisfied with the purchase!

Victor was super helpful with my issue. He gave me a quick and easy solution to my problem. I tried what he suggested and it worked immediately. A great company to deal with. And super great products.

Carol has been very helpful in resolving my card issues. I will be meeting with a call in group next week to finalize the solution.

I was frustrated at first because the ad I saw that was still running was not reflected in the online price I was getting but Sheryl was very helpful and was able to sort things out in a timely manner. Very grateful.

I purchased 3 Spotminder cards. The first two started immediately, but the third one had some trouble. Carol helped me troubleshoot and was very prompt with her responses. I met with a tech support person to verify that I tried everything. We determined that the third card was not holding a charge like it should. Carol helped me navigate receiving a replacement card without jumping through a bunch of hoops. The quick response was valuable since I was leaving on a vacation.

Amazing and simple solution to tracking anything! Just came back from a cruise where you have to relinquish your bags, always knew where they were! Bought the “buy 3 get 2 free” and used them in everything, felt safe!

I had a problem with shipping but have to say Loren has been so helpful. She has tracked the problem and kept me updated on arrival and offered a compensation for late arrival. Thanks so much for all Loren has done she very well represented the company on a positive manner

I have ordered twice. The first order was shipped to the US. The second to Spain. They both arrived quickly and as advertised. We will definitely use them on our trips and even everyday for our personal items as we travel around Spain. Definitely highly recommend.

Somehow my order had an interesting shipping delay, and it took much longer than expected to get my order. When I noticed the delay, I contacted customer service and Yang was very responsive and helpful.

Product exactly as described. Easy to add to Apple Find My. Great communication from Spotminders during the purchase process.

I’m impressed with the cards so far and how well they work in North America. Time will tell if they work as well at sea and in distant locales like Europe. Their staff support while overwhelmed periodically with volume, was very good and Jillian helped me get two of the five SpotminderPro cards working.

What a great idea for everyday or travel. I bought extras for gifts! I love that they are flat and easy to tuck away.

I really wanted to love these devices. My dream was to give them a 5-star review. Unfortunately, the product didn't deliver as we had hoped. We tried them out before the cruise, while still at home. On several occasions, I would get a notification on my phone that I had left my wallet behind. This caused a panic search and sigh of relief to find that it was in my pocket.

It's too long a story, but they did not work as expected on the flight or even on the cruise itself, several times giving false feedback.

That being said, the devices are very cool! I suggest getting the pro model as it fits in your wallet and looks just like a credit card. I'm hoping the technology will improve and I can give them another try one day.

In the meantime, I must give a shout out to my customer service friend, Carol. She stayed with me throughout the return process and made sure my account was credited on a timely basis, once the product had been received at their facility. Carol alone would make it worth giving them another chance in the future.

I received a passport holder that didn't work. I contacted the seller and I received a response the same day. They tried everything they could to guide me through resetting the passport holder. It unfortunately wouldn't charge. After everything was tried a replacement has been sent. The process didn't take very long at all. Thank you so very much.
