SCAMMERS. They charge you even after you cancel the subscription. DO NOT TRUST. These people are the scum of the earth.
“Rentumo does not continue charging users after a subscription has been successfully cancelled before renewal.” Well it happened. So that’s a lie. And it’s happened to multiple people. Scummy practice from a scummy company. Customer service also sucks.

Couldn't asked for better customer support!
I used this platform for my recent apartment search. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to find a place through the platform, yet, but I did find the website itself clear and very easy to use. The listings are organised in a way that makes the search easy, and getting updates in one place definitely saves time compared to checking multiple websites separately. It’s straightforward and doesn’t feel overwhelming, which I appreciate during a stressful housing search.
What left the strongest impression on me though, was Carmen from the customer service. When I contacted Rentumo about my subscription, she responded quickly and handled everything in a very professional and understanding way. The communication felt respectful and fair, which made the overall experience much more positive. Even though I’m still looking for housing, I can say that the platform and support team gave me a good impression and to be frank a willingness to search more !
