Scam
Scam, all redirects to other websites that you then have to pay for as well.
You never get to contact the owner or agency to get to a viewing.
They send you an email a couple of weeks after subscribing telling you that the property has been rented, and when you go back to the site the property is still listed.
I think the monetization scheme is getting people to apply for properties and then make them pay for another suscription.
They are making money with the need of housing of honest people.
Not good.

However, it may happen that there is a landlord amongst our listings who, in turn, also charges a fee for their services. This is a situation we are aware of and we do our best to be transparent about it. We therefore state for each property that the landlord may charge an additional fee. Nevertheless, we understand that this can cause confusion and feel it is important to inform you about this.
If you have only responded to properties from such a provider, we would like to offer you our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. In that case, we would be happy to refund your subscription fee. Could you please let us know if this is the case?

Scammers
Scammers, you pay for the subscription just to be able to reply to offers, it turns out that you reply to other rental estate websites, and not the actual landlords. In the end you still have to send separate messages on various websites creating new profiles and submitting new data. Another crap website next to Rentslam.
No success on either websites. Waste of time and money.
