Pure pet have been so helpful when I had questions and needed help with my dog and his needs. Really quick to reply via email too! The live chat was really quick and they managed to change my order before it was sent out, due to my own mistake. Extremely polite, I really can't fault them at all.. great service!

Apart from the fact that my EXTREMELY FUSSY dog loves and gets really excited when I’m preparing it, I’ve had a few questions along the way and have emailed customer service.
I always get a detailed and prompt reply which is great.

We had an issue with Amazon not delivering our boys food, I emailed customer services as we were getting very low, there was no fuss or issues they emailed back saying they would get some out to us straight away and would we prefer DPD or Royal Mail to deliver, they also sent a lovely email apologising when utimately it was Amazon delivery service who were at fault DPD delivered the next day, great customer service from the team at Pure Pet Food. I always think you can measure a business on how they respond to issues and I can not fault how this was dealt with."

My dogs absolutely love this food. We have a kitchen party every time it’s being made and then they eat it in seconds!
It’s such a relief as our oldest dog has a sensitive stomach and was a very fussy eater prior to starting him on Pure. Our pup loves it too.

I cannot say enough positive concerning Pure pet food. For us it's a complete winner, day 4 and I can see a difference in my dog. He seems more relaxed not constantly begging for treats and so on. The quality of the food is incredible and great value for cost. The team behind the selling are caring and let you know their there to assist if any problems or questions arise. The delivery was very fast and precise .Absolutely perfect so happy I finally plucked up the courage to try and change what my boy was eating and had done for 7 years despite numerous attempts to change his meals for a dish that's healthy. I haven't changed what he eats, he has all on his own. I think that says it all.

I've been using their Salmon food option for several months now, and this is the only food that has fully agreed with my XL Bully & his food allergies.

Prior to using Pure, my XL Bully was regularly getting yeast infections in his ears, had a musty smell within just a couple of days of being groomed, and often broke out in hives & had poor stools (regular diahorreah) & awful flatulence.

Within 3 days of using Pure, his ailments vanished, flatulence completely vanished, his stools are always perfect, and he absolutely loves the stuff - not even leaving a trace in the bowl. 😁

The price is nearly £70 a fortnight to feed this big guy, but boy, it's worth it.

With regards standards of service - Pure have bent over backwards to accommodate my requests, always deliver on time, & customer service always respond in a timely, friendly, & very ethical manner in the few times I've been in touch via chat or 'phone.

I would urge anybody who has a Dog with food allergies or other issues to contact Pure, as I think you'll be very pleased with the outcome.

Highly recommended & quite possibly a lifesaving move for my XL Bully in my opinion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good quality food, dog is much healthier on it.

They have a great choice of food and my Frenchie loves it, I emailed to change the food due to Frenchie allergies, they were so kind and understanding and it wasn't a problem at all

Terrible twice now Amazon failed to deliver no apology

I am now on my third delivery of Pure. My 14 year old cocker spaniel loves it. It’s easy to order and prepare. You can see the goodness in it. We add the Salmon Oil too - she reminds me if I forget!! I am sure she has become more agile since we have been feeding Pure to her. Looking forward to her Christmas Dinner.

So far my little girl love pure pet food, loved every different flavour, easy to store, and has really settled her stomach! Would definitely recommend!

Great tasty food which my little boy loves. I rescued my Jax 9 months ago and he had no fur all over his body but since feeding him on Pure dog food it’s all grown back so we are so happy!

The staff team are amazing too and always happy to help! Thanks to Emily and Dan who have both helped me recently

Product really seems to suit my pup. It's user friendly, no mess and pup enjoys it. My first big delivery 'disappeared', although the courier (Amazon Shipping) did not tell me it was lost but running late!! I panicked as in a couple of days my pup would run out. I contacted customer services at Pure Pet Food and Chloe was excellent, she made sure I had another delivery the following day by a different courier (DPD). Hopefully they'll not use the first courier again as my delivery update still says 'running late' and they knew this heavy, big package was 'lost (stolen)' and it was clearly dog food and still they can't see how that wrong misinformation they gave me caused such a problem for me and my pup. Pure Pet Food were excellent on how they sorted it immediately.

First class customer service. Couldn’t fault their communication and very quick replies. Dog looking forward to trying his new food! Thanks for the help and advice I will be recommending to friends
