While I was awaiting delivery I was fearful after reading these reviews, it took ages to get the delivery because they used Evri (who were useless) so that loses a star.
All 4 I ordered came with the Purepath logo and work exactly as shown in the Facebook ads I saw. I can only think there's a scammer out there pretending to be this company because, aside from the courier, I have had no problems.
I really was worried by the reviews but I think I must have found a legit ad and others are going to a scammer.
Hopefully the mitts last and don't break apart because you do have to be firm with them. I'll be very upset and reviewing again if there's a problem.

DO NOT order from this company. I did not order this product, I do not know how it got ordered using my information. It's the pet hair glove. I contacted the company and they will not refund my money. Horrible response from them. Stay away. Do not support companies like this. I think they are completely based outside of the U.S., and perhaps I am dealing with A.I. Who knows.

Do not order from this company. The product did not work for me. They will not refund my money despite their “ no questions asked money back guarantee” Asked me to submit a video. All AI generated CS. I am resigned that I am ou of the money.

They still have not shipped the order in 2 months. I’ve tried contacting them, and they responded that they will ship soon, but still no news

Do not engage with this fraudulent business. My order #160896 package was stolen from the doorstep, as verified by an official police report. PurePath refused a replacement or refund, claiming you must buy their optional 'Shipping Protection' upsell to receive basic delivery fulfillment. Management was unresponsive and terrible to communicate with, and went back and forth for weeks with no progress, alongside their copy-paste repeated scripts from their useless support team. Do not engage with this "company".

This mob makes Fyrefest look like the Edinburgh Military Tattoo! They’ve had my money for weeks, no sign of a product nor a tracking notification, and absolutely zero response from customer service. Don’t believe the FB ads, this is a scam.

I would put 0 stars if I could. Complete scam. You select the gloves and it gives you ‘free gifts’. I received the free gifts (they are shit) and when you release it’s been to long since what you actually ordered - you realise they create fraud and change the free gifts on your invoice to actual purchases so when you contact them they show that you have received your purchase as per your invoice and the gloves don’t even show up on your invoice. So they never had any intention on sending the gloves out. I even screenshot the deals they were running and sent to them. They act like they will review and they don’t. Do not fall for it. They are scum.

Thought i'd Purchased the product with the 'free' fkea comb, but no, I'd purchased the free comb for $22. Crappy plastic handle with a comb that might or might not work. Contacted support and was told, awwww too bad not our fault. So had to purchase the item AGAIN, making sure the stupid free comb wasnt part of the order. Overall he product works but they have a completely scummy customer service team who couldn't see where I was coming from. Please double check your order so you dont purchase the 'free' flea comb......

I was to received 2 packages and I only received 1. I told them about it and they argued that I received both by showing me the same picture of the same package which was easily uniquely identified with all the logos and writings on it. They could never produce the picture of the second package. After weeks of waiting they decided to credit me a credit of $3.00 the flea comb. So that cancelled the bundle and still ended up paying for a flea comb $14.99 that was never shipped and received. Don't bundle!!!!! they send you part of it only. That's how they steal from you.

Terrible!! Nothing like the advert or videos

Never got my item and they didn't answer my e-mail. This is not legit website in my opinion... I asked money refund from PayPal.

We ordered a couple purepath gloves. It was hard to keep up with status of shipment. The tracking number did not work. I did receive the package after 3 weeks. The gloves worked as stated in the advertisement. We are very happy with our purchase.

The delivery was within 2 weeks. The glove works great. You just swipe it back and forth on the material - including rugs, and the dog hair is lifted off and rolls to the centre for easy removal. My dog sheds a lot and this is the best tool I have found to-date. I was skeptical when I bought it but it does what they say. Highly recommend

Dropshipping garbage scam. Never received order, nonexistent customer service.

The store offer free return and no questions asked. When I ask for a return, they refused to take it back. Please don’t trust this website!

Ordered the Speedy Tail 2.0, received it in a squashed box and it stopped turning on in less than two weeks. I sent them a video of the issue and they only offered a 50% refund. You can get the same toy for half the price on Amazon.

I can’t get in touch with anyone about my order! By reading these reviews it looks like we have all been scammed. Going to try to get a refund through my bank. I can’t believe I fell for this. Live and learn I guess. 😡

Absolute scam. Do not waste your money. Customer service is totally useless. I ordered the gloves but only received a flea comb and a brush. They will not refund, nor correct the order. Stay away!

Wish l would of read reviews absolutely terrible product stick to the vacuum & lint rollers doest get it up like in the videos.

Ordered mid July, now mid August, mailed them, reply "order being processed" scam theft, stay away. Going to take this further and through social media.
