Quick delivery, good communication re delivery progress, great products (well fitting, beautiful original fabric and outfit designs, natural fibre materials, spare buttons). I get regular compliments regarding my Princess Highway outfits and have recommended the brand to SO many people!

Long time wearer of Princess Highway clothing and I love the outlet sales to get a bargain. I have noticed though over the last couple of years the quality is not as good as it was a few years ago. What I mean by this is the quality of fabric is not as good as it used to be - much thinner, cheaper feeling fabric. The items I bought in 2021/2022 are completely different. Still love the fits, but not sure the fabric will stand the test of time like my older items.

Beautiful clothes, always get compliments from people when I wear them. Love the animal prints . Delivery is fast and easy. 10 out of 10 .

Everything is always true to size and made to last. The designs and styles of dresses are beautiful. The waist on a lot of skirts and pants is too tight for my 53 year old waistline though. Love Princess Highway!

I love the style and fit of princess highway. The clothing is quality fabrics and consistent sizing. Shipping is quick and notifications are prompt for tracking.

One of my clearance dresses came in The post with the security tag on it. It’s not easy for me to get or my closest shop to them explain I am not stealing it , it was posted that way . Not happy .

I love the 60s aesthetic and whimsical bunny prints that Princess Highway offers. The prices are a bit high when there are no coupon codes, but fabrics used are of good quality and last a long time.

Had to exchange an item I bought recently for a new garment that had just come into the range. PH were fantastic - personally reached out and advised me of process and then sent off the garment when it was on special so I didn’t have to pay extra. On top of this, fancy fox culottes are divine - generous fit, beautiful cotton and linen blend and such a cute design. Loads of compliments at work, even from the young ones!!

Bought two orders of 4 items (because they don't let international orderd order more). One item from each order was cancelled. The quality was not what I'd expect for the price. One dress the zipper broke the first wear, so now I have to get it fixed. Also had to pay customs which I've never had to do for an order from Australia, it totalled to $79 per order.

Amazing quality clothes. Affordable and they hast a long time and wash well. Delightful vintage designs. Easily my favourite shop.

Princess highway is an exceptionally addictive website of fabulous clothing. I get so many compliments whenever I wear something from them. I discovered them on ny trip to New Zealand and have placed 4 separate orders since I've returned to the US.

It’s my 1st order with them, ordered on 12th may and nothing arrived in 3 weeks, every week delivery date is changing and now it’s showing 6th of June. Customer care sucks in resolving issues, now I am worried if I get my order at all, why sell online if you have delivery issues, stick to selling only in stores. Highly disappointing.

Love the products and clothing. Delivery costs too much, it has gone up recently from $12 to $15.

I purchased a gift card online from the United States. There was some confusion with the conversion rates between USD and AUD. The Princess Highway team handled the situation thoughtfully and kindly, even with all the inquiries they are currently fielding.

I appreciate that their customer service team is as high quality as their clothes.

I placed an order on April 11th, it's now May 6th, nearly four weeks, I received two of the items, was refunded for some of the items, that were still in stock, I had to reorder the items still in stock, and paid double for the socks as they were not on sale anymore. I was given a free shipping code, since I had already paid for the shipping on these items that I was refunded that were still in stock. I'm waiting on a refund from princess highway for the rest of my items that were deemed lost in transit, noone ever gets back to you, I have emailed numerous times, during the last couple of weeks. I received a reply, asking how I would like to proceed, that was at least four days ago, I haven't heard anything since. The clothes are nice, but the lack of communication is ridiculous, I suggest shopping in store as opposed to online.

I just received my wattle and butterfly smock and it is truly beautiful! Size 10 fits perfectly and the corduroy will be warm in Winter with a skivvy underneath, tights and boots. It is such a pretty pattern.

Items never arrived. Customer service was not helpful-taking weeks to respond or they didn’t respond at all. It was my first time ordering and it was a mistake to try this company.
