Good,Reliable,product prices with quality is quite affordable.Overall experience was good.The bigger disadvantige is after first order membership ia automatic activate and 14Euro membership fee deducted from the account.I come to know this when i received account statement.On above facts i will give one star instead of four stars.

Big rip off and scam
I got charged for membership out of sudden. I wasn't informed about it when i bought the product. Right now, they say my product was also on promotion. It is big scam and rip off. I didn't confirm anything to become membership. Totally disappointing website. I am not gonna use again and i am gonna return the product.

Extra payment was attempted
10 days after purchase I was alerted by my bank of suspicious activity and an attempt payment of 14€ from pluuz. With any purchase they sign you up to some membership.

This is a scam! This website added a recurring membership fee into your purchase without being clear about it, or sending any notification of such. This will allow them to charge you 14 euros per month for this useless membership. Do not buy from here.

Terrible! They will steal your money and customer service won't help you with any issue.
I order something for my hair which never arrived! I reached out to Pluuz and DHL. DHL said the sender should open an investigation and Pluuz ignored my concerned and said it has arrived. Which it did NOT, and i have not signed for any package confirming it! They just IGNORED that i did not receive what i have paid for ! UMBELIEVABLE.
Secondly, they have a membership that charges you 14€/month automatically from your first order with them. They don't tell you about it and don't even explain anywhere what's this membership is from. You just realise when in your cc they are debiting money every single month. In conclusion, i have paid for a product tat i have never received and i have been paying for 2months a membership that i havent signed for. If you call them or send an email they do not help you at all. So my advise is to order from reliable places and i will not order from PLuuz AGAIN!
