Wrong advertisement on their website so apparently in Belgium it's crazy Tuesday pizza day when You can buy a pizza for 7,95€ but if you order it in the app than You can save 6,95€ but when you try to order it and You still need to pay 7,95€ ....

Fake advertisement to get more customers and they make you pay 7,95€..

I was in Pizza Hut in Simon Stevinplein in Bruges whilst on holiday from Ireland. The pizza was delicious and the service was excellent they could do enough for us especially Laurens who was brilliant thank you so much.

The Pizza Hut Chain is better than MacDonalds. If someone would say that the Pizza Rolls with honey are the best food in the world: I would totally agree!

I am writing to formally complain about the poor service and attempted overcharge I experienced at your Pizza Hut Brugge Centrum branch (Simon Stevinplein 10, 8000 Brugge, Belgium) during my recent visit.

I ordered a Chef’s Menu, which included access to the salad bar. I helped myself to some salad, and later noticed that my daughter had not been given a plate. I took an extra plate so she could eat properly. At that moment, a waitress approached me and claimed that the plate was for the salad bar only and insisted that she had no choice but to charge me an additional fee for an “extra salad.” She also stated that the salad bar area had clear instructions about this rule.

Feeling confused, I did not argue immediately. However, when I checked the salad bar myself, I discovered the instructions only saying it's not a buffet. I confronted the waitress and asked how my daughter was expected to eat if no plate had been provided for her. After some discussion, she eventually conceded and agreed not to charge me the extra €5.

Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. When I went to pay, I noticed the total amount was incorrect. The same waitress informed me that I had been charged €3.40 per cup for water. This was extremely disappointing because I had specifically asked for tap water, and I was told to fill it myself. Charging such an amount for self-served water—without any prior notice—is both misleading and unacceptable.

While I was eating, I also noticed this same waitress turning away several customers by telling them that they would have to wait 40 minutes for their food. This was simply untrue, as the restaurant was quite empty at the time. Her behavior gave a very unwelcoming impression and reflected poorly on the management of the restaurant.

To make matters worse, the waitress later confronted me again, insisting she had done nothing wrong when she tried to charge me the extra €5 for the plate. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful.

I found the entire experience very unpleasant and dishonest. The lack of clear communication about charges, the attempt to overcharge me, and the way customers were treated have caused great dissatisfaction. I believe Pizza Hut, as an international brand, should uphold higher service standards and ensure transparency in pricing and customer treatment.

I would appreciate an apology and assurance that this issue will be properly investigated so that other customers do not experience similar treatment in the future.

You have to wait too long like 40 minutes when we kept asking and decided to leave they magically had our pizzas while we had already canceled the order to go somewhere else then when we went to go pay for our drinks they wanted to charge us for the pizzas we never ate they even had our order wrong

I went for my break to Pizza Hut, Parklaan Turnhout. I visit mostly twice a week for my break but this time the older guy was just rude. I already sat down because there were enough chairs and tables and normally the other waiters are ok with that and are friendly. This guy is rude and that is not the first time he is rude and unfriendly.

We stopped for lunch buffet at Pizza Hut Zaventem at lunch. Luke warm at the 12 o'clock start, not fully baked through and through, 1/3 crust with almost no toppings, everyone was struggling to get slices as they were not cut through (glad I was the first, so no yucky filthy fingers touching the pizza), we had to go through a stack of dishes to find clean ones, and the disabled toilet was the most disgraceful one I ever saw. Poo and piss everywhere. Of course, we had the runs after. Never again. I used to love Pizza Hut, but the quality has become abismal lately.

Delivery was fast and food hot.got the meat lovers pizza.and there was nothing to love.it was the first time I have eaten anything to terrible before.and I was in the military

Pizza hut Wezembeek Oppem. We've had issues before but were dealt with professionally by a previous person. Ordered pizza, American potatoes and nuggets. Plus a Chianti and Rose. Chianti thay was completely chilled? Rose however was tepid, not cold at all. Called only to give advice for next time. Answer was 'what do you want me to do now?'..eh nothing, just chill your Rose wine and don't chill your Chianti. A bit too aggressive for my liking while trying to give positive feedback without asking for anything!

I asked for 6 normal chicken wings and i got 6 spicy chicken wings. I ate them and i got sick. Way to spice by the way

Order a meatlover, which hardly has any meat, and have most of the meat be burned. Amazing quality.

On Tuesdays, when there is a fixed price of 6.95 EUR for any medium pizza ordered online for a take-out, I often order pizzas at the Dilbeek branch (Kaudenaardestraat). What I like there - a wide choice of pizzas, good quality, cheerful and responsible staff. When I come there to pick up my order, there is always a warm pizza ready and waiting for me. Thank you!

We visited Pizza Hut Antwerp with 4 friends, we didn’t get any information about where we can get the drinks. So after a while we had to ask, apparently you have to get the drinks yourself. The delivery time was pretty long. After we ordered and waited, 3 of the 4 pizzas had been delivered at the same time, the 4th pizza came about 10 minutes later… The normal pizza is extremely small, its not even worth calling it a kids pizza. It was also verry expensive for what you get. After about an hour after eating we all got stomach ache. Besides the friendly cashier there is not much to enjoy. We definitely do not recommend this place.

3 times ordered, never delivered. I made a phone call why, I was treated like an idiot... shameless money abuse! 😡

This experience is based on regular visits to the Strombeek-Bever branch, but from previous experiences can also be extended to other branches in Belgium.
Pizza Hut offers good pizzas at reasonable prices when there is a promotion. Without a promotion the prices are too high, especially compared to traditional pizzas made in a real oven.
They are a favorite with our kids, and the quality has been consistently stable.
I have had only one bad experience over the last few years, but these things happen from time to time.
So bottomline: when there is a promotion, go for it.
But if you have to pay full price, then you better try a local pizza place
