Pixella is a scam. To get a refund you need to tell them you are an EU resident and are withdrawing from the contract of purchase inside 14 days.
If you are unfortunate enough for fall for this fraud then you need to tell them you are an EU resident and withdrawing inside 14 days to get a refund.
To get out of this subscription and get a full refund - you can email support and tell them that as an EU resident you are withdrawing from the contract and need a full refund inside 14 days.
Pixella is a misleading and deceptive offer as I was later billed US$49.99 after seven days. The positive reviews are likely to be fake.
