We take reports of unexpected charges very seriously. All subscription purchases require authorization through the respective payment platform before they can be completed. We also understand your note that you did not use the service. However, please note that not using the service—as well as deleting the app or an account—does not automatically cancel an active subscription or prevent its renewal. To avoid future charges, the subscription must be canceled through the designated subscription management process before the next billing date.

Following a review of your case, we have now processed a refund as a gesture of goodwill. We hope this helps resolve the matter and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
