Eyeliners were forced open

Eyeliners were forced open and I bought one but it was not the brand I was looking for which was out of stock.
Soon after I found the brand eyeliner I wanted in another store and went to return the eyeliner and was refused by Gabriella who understood all of her stock in the shop is open and because it took me an hour to return.
I am in Krakow station and walked in to the square where I found the eyeliner brand I wanted.
Zero good will.
Unacceptable service.
I was offered to file a complaint instead.
I purchase products every year in Krakow from this store and will no longer be returning.
