Notino has everything I want and need. Currently the prices are the best in Poland, however I wish delivery was included, as it is with other competing companies!

Have spent over £50,000 at Notino over the past 5 years and have not had any issues, until recently.

2 of my last orders (373878009 & 374306070) have arrived with missing perfumes - both of these are dated within the last 3 weeks.

I was compensated with a credit note for the first order, although Notino didn’t actually believe me. But for the second order, which is missing Xerjoff Torino 21 100ml - they claim the parcel was packed correctly and nothing was wrong.

Both parcels were in perfect condition when they arrived, so it is not the fault of the courier. I believe someone at Notino PL is taking perfumes from the boxes before they are sealed, this is the only explanation I have for 2 orders in the last 3 weeks having these issues.

Notino have claimed that they have done a complete investigation, but will not send ANY proof of said investigation.

I will file a charge back with my bank to claim back the 900zl I am missing, and I strongly encourage you to not order from Notino as there is clearly something dodgy going on at the moment.

I’m very upset with my last order. The perfume bottle arrived leaked because it wasn't packed properly, only wrapped in a thin layer of paper. Customer service was unhelpful and insisted I go through a long, complicated complaint process instead of just sending a replacement. Not the quality I expected.

I ordered OGX Biotin & Collagen Shampoo, which has two versions: a new one with an improved formula (labeled "72 hours" and marked as "new formula") and an older, unimproved version. However, Notino displayed the picture and description of the new version but sent me the old one instead. This is extremely disappointing and no less than a scam and as for the return and refund, you have to pay again for delivery. I really discourage as they are tricky and scammers

Long time for orders. The website says next day delivery, so I chose this delivery method but unfortunately the order did not arrive.

I have been fighting for years to have my phone number removed from their database so they will not send me ads. The number was added by accident by one of their customers and they are unable to remove it despite reporting the problem multiple times by phone and email.

a charming market place for charmging things=) There are always gift ideas if you are hesitating before some holidays! Other than that, the pricing level and shipping speed are very much acceptable. I am recommending it to both genders...

where is my perfume? evrything is done so we understand nothing

One big failure came postnord courier sent photos that he put it at the door, I come back home and there is empty, writes to postnord writes to notino and they say they have photos as proof of delivery And they don't care, no failure, I wanted a return they didn't want! I do not recommend contact. Zero cooperation I lost 600 kr I just don't recommend buying from this site! Because delivery and contact zero! Add feedback as you will protect others from buying on their website
