My first time buying
My first time buying, so naturally I didn’t know that returns cost you £8 and that sale items are exchange/store credit only. Had to keep something I didn’t necessarily want to keep just because returning it ties me in to buy something else off the website but if that doesn’t suit- I’m paying again to return it. Would be useful if this was mentioned in a large print somewhere at the check out! Profited from me beyond the sale.
Pity I’m not buying again because the top I wanted to keep fits very well and material is so lovely (before wash so can’t fully judge)

We're sorry that our returns policy came as a surprise. Our Clearance is our final sale, and it is stated on both the clearance collection page and within our Returns Policy/ returns portal that clearance items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
As a very small independent brand, returns are incredibly costly for us. Every standard return costs our business around £10 to process. We charge £8 towards the return label and restocking costs, but this still doesn't fully cover the expense. Credit and exchange returns cost us significantly less, which is why we're able to offer those on clearance products.
Our clearance collections are discounted by up to 50%, and at those prices there is very little, if any, profit remaining. Unfortunately, we simply aren't able to absorb the additional costs of refunding heavily discounted items in the same way that much larger retailers can.
Looking at your order, we can see that only one of the four items you purchased was a clearance item that qualified for store credit only. The other three items you returned were processed under our standard returns policy.
That said, we do appreciate your feedback about making this clearer at checkout. We're always looking at ways to improve the customer experience, and we'll certainly take your comments on board.

I have brought from Sunde since the start of them launching on ASOS, my husband brought me the velour wrap flares and I was obsessed. Since then my entire wardrobe has become Sunde and I don’t go a day without wearing at least one item from them. The quality, the feel, the fabric is so unique, the brand itself is beautiful and the owner is so hard working and devoted to making sure everyone hears about Sunde and everyone should it’s such a luxury brand and I will continue to shout about it as well. Have bought two Sunde pieces so far and I have worn at least one of them every week since. They're the first tops I reach for. It's still difficult to find good quality basics in 2026, but Sunde has nailed it! Especially a lovely white ribbed top that isn't see through!

Perfection!
Everything and I mean everything about Sunde is perfection. The clothing is elite, not only do the peices look beautiful they are ridiculous soft, cosy and comfortable, something I didn’t know existed (getting the best of both) the peices have all been huge staples in my wardrobe and will be for years to come.
This is what it means to have a capsule wardrobe, the quality does not wear like anything else I have had.
The website is so easy to use and super easy on the eye. The whole aesthetic is perfect.

I have recently discovered this brand through TikTok I purchased the latte fleece & brown velour flare leggings they both consist of good quality fabrics. comfortable simple and stylish i feel like this outfit will be a staple peice in my wardrobe for a long time! I absolutely love sunde!
I firstly found this brand on asos when looking for loungewear and when I slid on those lounge pants I was like wow!! For a sensory girly, I can’t stand anything that’s itchy. So these were insanely butter. I then proceeded to find the brands website and I have since ordered many pieces from Tash!
She is by far the nicest ceo I’ve come across!
I hope as the brand grows I’ll end up with more than half a closet full of their products!
