Overall I was delighted. It would have helped if you had notified me that there was a delay in despatching the Maison Lejaby bra as you had to get it from the firm.

Placed order, wasn’t sure of the delivery timescale. After a few days, I rang to enquire, I spoke to a friendly, helpful lady and was told my purchases were going in the post that day, I received them the next day, perfect and well wrapped. I shall definitely order from here again.

I indicated the order for post surgical product was urgent, I paid additional postage, item marked 'in stock'. Checking back now, is only two layers of clicks down re delivery that it says item 'may' take up to 5 days to be dispatched. The item was what I needed but the website term 'in stock' is misleading; in terms of impact on delivery time and on such an item it's really below par, and customer service was mediocre at best. This is drop shipping and should clearly set expectations of such on the item's description.

You have no idea how hard it is to find a cotton bra in this ere of mixtures. They are well made and I wish I could get them in black.

Nice item packaged beautifully took a little while to arrive which was ok but exchange required me to sort own postage and took a long time to sort out so that process could be improved

I must admit to buying all my bras from Ouh La La . The selection of brands is fantastic and the delivery is prompt . I recently had a problem with a lost delivery , thankfully it was only 1 item but the customer service team were amazing and have replaced the lost bra with no hesitation. I cannot praise them highly enough and certainly wouldn’t dream of shopping anywhere else ( no need as they have practically everything)
