Purchased and exchanged since losing weight and size has altered. Great customer service although occasionally needs a little reminding to get a refund if required .

My first delivery by Parcel Force was left at the wrong address. I contacted the company who were extremely helpful after I sent a photo of my front door which was different from the photo they had received. A replacement was sent within 3 days.

I was rather upset when the Royal Mail failed to deliver my order to my address but left it outside the wrong street. Ouch La La was very helpful and immediately replied to my email, assuring me that they would look into the matter.
Fortunately, after several days the problem was solved when the owner (of the wrong address) made contact. Ouh La La was extremely helpful. I would recommend this company both for its professionalism amd range of excellent products online.

One bra is excellent
One bra is excellent, the other(supposedly same size) was nearly an inch shorter in length and was too tight. Sent it back and fortunately was refunded immediately.

It took a while to get here as I live in Canada and it was shipped from the UK. After one delivery attempt, it was taken to a post office for pick-up. I am disabled with a walker and oxygen so that is really inconvenient for me. The lingerie was wrapped nicely and it fits. Very happy with the final result.
