the app is very easy to use and the notifications are very useful. However i reacted to many houses via stekkies but didn't even git one viewing. For one and a half month i reacted to every house there was available in the app and there weren't few. The issue for me is that still the reaction happens basically on other platforms. So stekkies is mostly the mediator and possibilities are you won't find a house here except if you try i guess for a very long time? For me definitely I'm not interested in paying a mediator who except a nicely designed interface they provide basically nothing more.

Nothing really to mention. They do exactly what they say.

I like that they explicitly send you an email to warn you of your subscription being extended automatically. Instead of just silently extending the subscription.

The one thing that makes it not get 4 stars is that it is sometimes a bit late with the notifications, leading you to miss out on some potential appartments.

I really liked using Stekkies. When looking for apartments in Europe, it's very important to apply very quickly. The Stekkies notifications were quite fast and covered all the suitable apartments. I was able to get an apartment I found through Stekkies!

you can respond quickly and to many advertisements. it did take me some months to find a place in amsterdam but thanks to stekkies i do now have a new home!

Stekkies is a great app! It's helped me so much throughout my home-seeking time. It made it much less of a hustle than I had experienced it in the past. The fact that you get notifications on your phone probably helped me find my place, as you're then able to react quickly.

If I ever need to move again in the Netherlands, I'll come back to this app for sure.

Good app/website version. Also shared it with my partner when looking together for a new house.

Best approach is to keep notifications on and send viewing requests the second you receive the notification.

Would be great if the app could track also when houses have been rented/are off the market.

Many options from a variety of platforms really were offered. The only downside was that the same listing would show up many times because it would be posted on different platforms and therefore that could lead to a large influx of notifications either way it’s a very easy way to see listings from a bunch of different pages at the same time and stay on top of the process of application.

Stekkies is very user friendly and the whole concept is very smart. When using Stekkies, you don’t have to search hundreds of real estate websites a day!

There were many matches that were too late to apply for. Perhaps this is because subscribers on customer websites get information quicker than on stekkies

Great experience with Stekkies, got notifications early and could quickly apply. Was a long search but came to fruition!

Great way to stay up to date on new rooms etc. A few connections are a little tough but most renting websites pair really well with Stekkies.

Fast notifications for all housing platforms, easy to handle and smart design that allows quick responses. I think it's necessary to use if you want to find a house in the Netherlands because being fast in applying is the most important part of the process!

I get a lot of properties, however, some of them you get 1 hour late after they have been published. So it doesn't make sense. Sometimes there are no properties in the Stekkies that you can find on Pararius... that's strange. Maybe there were some issues today, I don't know. Pretty bad experience
