Great choice of car parking spots. Great communication with owner and company. I booked a month slot but didn't realise that it was on a rolling basis and when I tried to cancel, I was advised that there is a month's notice period. When I queried this, the issue was resolved quickly following the agreement of the host and I was able to end the rental as planned.

Brilliant customer service from Mae. After 3 years of renting a space unfortunately our host cancelled, but Mae really went out of her way proactively to make sure we were looked after. Thanks

I've been using Stashbee for a few years now. It's easy to navigate and pretty convenient. I'd like to especially mention Romaé's top tier customer service. I had a mild issue due to misunderstanding between myself and the host. She handled everything with ease, for less than 10 minutes without exaggeration, and put my mind at peace. I truly appreciate it!

I often use technology to make my life easier so I rarely have to communicate with Customer Services.

However, I had a need to actually communicate with a human at Stashbee and I must say, I was impressed.

From the prompt response to the friendly approach and most importantly, resolving my issue - I’d recommend them to my family and friends because they were on-point!

all old advertisements went to 2 different ones and the ads are years out of date,it looks as though stashbee is making out its doing loads of business when its not,a totall waste of time useless site

Rented a parking space in Cardiff with a monthly contract. I very much doubt they check their hosts as this one was certainly odd. Plus, their contracts are not worth the paper they are written on.
Few days in, I received a barrage of threatening texts and phone calls from the host as, according to Stashbee, I had parked my car on his drive before the start of the contract. Had to block the guy's number as he didn't stop texting/phoning. Never received any communication from Stashbee about the matter.
Then, at the end of the month, my contract was cancelled with only a few days notice, even though the contract says a month. Stashbee claimed there were urgent building works necessary. Funny then that the parking space was re-advertised on their site starting the day after my contract ended.

5-star reviewed account with 2.5+ years of clean track record acting in full compliance with Stashbee Terms of Service got delisted out-of-the-blue, which upon further digging turned out to be based on false depiction posed in a recent enquiry, without any recourse to disprove such.

Rather than asking for both sides of a story, Stashbee unilaterally delisted the account without notification until emailing them about the inability to login.

To quote their exact response as below:
[During our review, we identified activity indicating that a booking enquiry received through Stashbee may have been encouraged to proceed outside of the platform. This is a breach of the Stashbee Terms of Service which require all enquiries and bookings originating through Stashbee to remain on the platform.]

The fact in reality is, no such solicitation at all, yet note that "may have been encouraged to proceed outside of the platform" is good enough for delisting without further recourse.

Further emails to Stashbee attached with evidence simply gets ignored, hence decided to leave a review here so this doesn't go unnoticed!

Therefore, be mindful that your listing/account can be targeted by opportunists through false depiction to lose hard-earned 5-star reviews on a platform uninterested to hear from you - back to trusty Gumtree, done with Stashbee malarkey!

Great access great unit very pleased

Horrible experience as a host. A renter abandoned industrial trade chemicals, flooring adhesives, and toxic liquid polymers in my garage after a booking that ended back in April. They also refused to return my keys. While Stashbee partially cleared standard trade waste, they are now completely abandoning the job halfway through. They emailed me telling me to illegally dump these commercial hazardous chemicals at a local domestic household recycling tip myself—despite official council rules stating this is a fineable offense, and knowing I do not even own a car to transport multiple heavy 15L industrial tubs! They are holding a security deposit but refusing to book a specialist licensed hazardous waste carrier to safely remove their renter's toxic materials. I am now forced to pay out of my own pocket to upgrade my garage to high-security locks to stop an uncontactable stranger from trespassing and fly-tipping more waste. Complete lack of accountability and shocking customer service. Avoid hosting with them.
