The Phone I received was brilliant and had 89% battery and very little wear. The reason for the 3 stars is because delivery took nearly two weeks and the only reason I knew it was late was because I asked the company rather than them contacting me first. I also did not receive an email letting me know how much my trade in phones were worth I just received the money directly into my bank account.

Great experience and excellent customer service from Magda
I had a great experience with this company. They dispatched my new phone promptly and provided accurate tracking details. I opted to trade my old phone in and the customer service from Magda handling this was nothing short of excellent! Fantastic communication and felt very well looked after, would recommend and will certainly purchase from them in the future 😊
