HORRIBLE: They will not let you withdraw big wins
absolutely horrible, i have uploaded 10 different bank statements, 3 forms of identification, photos of my credit card blurred and they still will not let me withdraw my $10k i won fair and square. this website is great for small gambling but the second you win big, you will NOT get your money.

I honestly don’t get the bad reviews. I played on many sites. Yes there has been dry spell periods (but so is every casino site?) and other times where it’s bonus after bonus so… But I have won up to 400 euro couple of times. I did the KYC procedure and it took a couple of days for approval and then a couple of days to hit my Skrill account. I was a little bit nervous not gonna lie. But they came. Not too long ago I withdrew 330 euro and I had them within 24 hours.

Overall, average, low win rate. Free spins if you get them and they are 10cent spins and mostly dead spins. Customer service is ok until they don't want to be helpful. Lots of games to chose from but many system errors and get bumped out often. Not much for match bonuses. Mostly have to deposit larger amounts to get small rewards. Can't say much about the withdrawal process as I never win there. Of you get a bonus it is capped on the amount you can win with it. Very confusing as I played with my deposit and a small bonus, when I actually got above a 200$ it was cut in half and said I'd played out my bonus. Finally understanding it's all luck, but not much luck on this site for me anyway.
