Denied my winnings!
No matter what I did, this casino would NOT let me withdraw my money. I tried every option offered to me (crypto wallet and e-wallet x 3). I met every requirement and I followed all their instructions and rules but after patiently waiting the requisite 24 hours after each of the 9 or 10 attempts, I was invariably given a vague excuse as to why my withdrawal funds had shown up back on my account as credit. Gambling is after all about winning money.
I wanted to love this casino. I really did. The user interface is great, the selection of games ranks right up there and the side quests are fun.

Be careful with them. I received a refund because there was an error on my bank account. When the money was returned to my gaming account three months later, they would not allow me to withdraw it again until I had wagered it twice, allegedly due to anti-money laundering rules. Blatantly lying - Account closure impossible
I’m still in midst of requesting account closure this is 5th time. I have to request self exclude which sends an email confirming that I’ve requested to self exclude and that 24hr cooling timer has started (which you can see counting down on account) however none of this is valid unless you click on “activate” button in email to confirm that you confirm cooling off - completely irrelevant. After the 24 hour cool off you have to verify by email duration of closure, you should have the options of duration in account which you also have to complete however - these options don’t exist, instead your presented with self exclude button which if you press starts another 24hr countdown. Contacted live chat said do it again if problems let us know and we’ll manually close account, this didn’t happen which after hours again on chat requested manager who confirmed that my account was closed - this turned out to be untrue and I was receiving promotional emails and texts and account still live. Contacted them yesterday why is account not closed, ignored the fact they’ve told me it was closed and ignored they’ve told me they can do this there end, instead I was told only in circumstances where player can’t or struggling to close account is when can they can close account!!!!! Presented live chat with screenshots emails etc and they said they couldn’t close account and that for a fifth time I have to go through process which I’m in midst off now! They are utter liars.

Hi everyone i am playing this website for over a year on and off when i checked i deposited in total around CAD 6200 in a never had a issue because i never won always end up losing the balance so i made my account in aug 2024 and by September 2025 i lost around cad4000 last week they sand me a promotion 20% risk free bet upto 450 and to take advantage of of promo my dumbass deposited 2250 that all i have in savings and after playing for 2 days i end up with 2300 i only make 50 on the top of my deposit then i needed money for some emergency i try to withdraw 2300 which is just my last deposit amount no winning so after 24 hours they rejected my withdrawal saying you need to verify your account i said ok i sand bank statement and address proof and exactly 23 hour they rejected bank statement and then they told me sand 3 months of statement i sand them with in 5 min and then they took another 23.5 hours to reject my documents by saying they need proof of wealth/income and these 4 days i am continuously in contact with live chat but live chat is useless they don’t even care i told them i have saving which i used for deposit and i made money from crypto and betting and i not working on salary from a year duo to back injury but they are rigid on same things we need salary statement
I mean bro i don't have salary or my sources of income is crypto or some saving which i deposited in cash sometimes if i need to
