Very disappointing experience.
This is the second time in just two weeks that the company has failed to ship my order as promised. Instead of receiving a clear explanation, I was given a vague response that did not properly address what had happened.
Mistakes can happen, but when the same issue occurs twice in such a short period of time, customers deserve a clear explanation and reassurance that the problem will be resolved. Unfortunately, I have lost confidence in their ability to handle orders reliably.

However, we are aware of a technical issue with the shipping labels on parcels shipped from our warehouse in Lyon on July 21.

They sent me 2 out of 3 pairs of shoes
They sent me 2 out of 3 pairs of shoes. The other was from another supplier with some company GSL that has no number or contact way to reach them. Apparently they are in another area of Stockholm, i got no notification from the delivery supplier.
Spartoo created a case and I got no answer to my complaint. The other shoes I sent back and the refund was processed. I did do that before they arrived as I have an issue with my feet and need only Orthopaedic shoes.
I wouldn't buy from them again given the reviews.
Yes their Swedish phone never works because they aren't based here and from what I see someone handles the orders from another country.
I hope I can report this with Klarna and not pay for the pair i never received and got no response from their customer service with the case they created.
Btw I looked on Trustpilot when I typed the company name and looked at their reviews in other countries. Most had bad reviews other than Italy and Germany.

Worst place to order something
Worst place to order something. Ordered size 45 from a Swedish website. Got shoes size 40 from France. Waited a long time and now have to print a return ticket to send the shoes back...

I am really sorry for this mistake. We try to keep these errors at a minimum, but sometimes we do make mistakes at the warehouse (or at production).

Great shoe selection!
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from brands I haven't tried on before and they all fit great. I just thought the delivery was on the slower side as it took about 7 days from order to package pickup.
