What went wrong!!! Total disgrace ,11 days for a delivery utter shambles ..think twice if you are thinking of buying from this terrible company .The very important item was new shoes for my son going back to school .I placed the order early so my son had new shoes .He did have to wear an old pair .So thank you very much for letting me down, RUBBISH! beware of this company

Delivery is too slow
The price is good, the products are genuine, you just have to wait a little for the goods to arrive. When browsing the website gives you delivery dates on expedited delivery with DHL that usually more expensive than the goods themselves. You opt for the standard delivery which as days 5 days, before even leaving Spain the delivery day is extended to 8 days. This is longer than AliExpress take from China and their postage is free. When you buy goods from Skechers or Crocs or UA …. delivery is priced normally and you get expedited delivery.
In summary goods are great, customer service prompt, you just have to be 8-days patient to get your goods.

Late delivery and no customer service
My order arrived around a week later than expected, despite paying £6.99 for delivery. I contacted the company asking for the delivery charge to be refunded because they failed to deliver within the advertised timeframe. I have since sent multiple emails and have received no response whatsoever. No refund, no explanation and no attempt to resolve the issue. The complete lack of customer service is unacceptable. I definitely would not use this company again.
