I still haven’t had any help with an order I made. It’s been delivered to an address that’s not mine and I have no way of receiving this order and no way of getting a return and I’ve reached out to customer service over 10 times and no one has come back to me to help

bad costumer service, bad service
I ordered more than a month ago a package, i asked a week ago whats going on and they said wait for 10-15 days, i checked today, the package was delayed. they did not give a normal answer in the whole proccess and didnd't check anything.

Great trainers. Price ok. Only issue was they were received 24 hours after it was said it they were delivered!?!
Delivered by Royal Mail but I received no notification/tracking info from them. It would be helpful if there had been tracking information/number to track RM. Up to that point I had been advised of the despatch progress and a supposed delivery date!

Beware they take your money regardless of cancellation
I subscribed then realised it wasn’t what I thought it was and no good for me
I’m a plus size and most of the clothes showed weren’t for plus size or unavailable
I cancelled the subscription but low and behold a further £49 came out my card this morning a month on, I have had reassurances this is now cancelled and although on my settings it says subscription cancelled I apparently hadn’t pressed a few further steps
So no refund
