Great bike and amazing customer care

My order arrived quickly but these knee warmers are too baggy
My order arrived quickly and without issue and the returns process looks relatively simple. However I'm returning these Castelli knee warmers as 'too large' because the bottom cuff is too loose. For me this is a design and manufacturing issue, but using those options on the Sigma Sports returns page seemed to make things complicated. I would suggest including a free text box as well as the dropdown list so customers can explain the issue.
