I have had many pairs of sheepskin interior slipper boots, all of them perfect even though they were seconds. The quality is lovely and they are super cosy. I recently had an issue when my new pair arrived with an uncomfortable seam on the inside. I simply can’t fault the outstanding customer service I have received. I emailed Sheepland in the evening and had a response by 08.45 the next morning offering me an exchange or refund with shipping prepaid. I’ve just taken delivery of my replacement boots and they are perfect. Zoe even checked them personally ahead of sending them and enclosed a hand written note. It has been so refreshing to receive such personal and swift attention throughout the whole process. Thank you Zoe. Highly recommend this company and its products are first class. 😄👏
