Bonjour Madame, un changement d'adresse qui prend plus de trois mois, ce n'est pas le standard que nous visons. Les pièces demandées servent à sécuriser la démarche, mais leurs allers-retours ont visiblement pesé sur votre délai et nous voulons comprendre ce qui a bloqué : écrivez-nous à avis@servicecartegrise.com en indiquant votre référence client (REFxxxxxx, dans nos e-mails). Le service dédié aux anomalies reprendra votre dossier étape par étape et, si la responsabilité du délai nous incombe, vous serez intégralement remboursée. Alicia — Responsable Qualité

Failed title transfer

This was for a title transfer, for a car we had sold. A message left a number to call that was NEVER answered. Response to messages via other means was very slow. This company demands documents that are not necessary for a title transfer (e.g. driver's license and insurance certificate). We completed the process with a different firm, so money spent here was for nothing. One star is one too many.

Un Service Très Professionnel

Une expérience très positive avec ce service très professionnel. Des gens très réactifs, efficaces et rejoignable ! Toujours une réponse rapide et claire aux mails qui est très apprécié !

I had a very positive experience with this service which I found to be very professional. The people are very reactive and efficient in carrying out your request and they are also easy to contact which is greatly appreciated. Emails were always responded to in a clear and timely manner.
