We have purchased all our kitchen and utility appliances from Sean Hennessy’s in Rathkeale, and the service has been exceptional from start to finish.

Pat was fantastic to deal with — his knowledge, expertise, and willingness to help made the whole process so easy. Delivery was organised brilliantly, with everything arriving onsite exactly as arranged and without any issues.

We have since returned for TVs and additional equipment, and once again Pat provided the same outstanding level of service and advice. His expertise and customer care are second to none.

Our latest TV purchase was selected on Thursday and delivered on Friday. Gary provided a perfect delivery service, keeping us fully informed of timings and ensuring everything went smoothly.

Fantastic customer service was looking for new tv and was unsure of sizes. Rachel M was so so helpful and went through the various sizes and which would suit best for the size of my room. Would highly recommend them and lovely to walk into a store today to such pleasant people.

I ordered a washing machine Monday morning, got a call Tuesday morning at 8.30 to say the machine would be on in forty minutes. Seanie arrived within forty minutes and had the new machine in the house and old machine taken away within 10 minutes. Seanie was very friendly and obliging. Couldn’t have asked for a better service!

Ordered cooker, delivered the next day and they took away the old cooker. Completely hassle free, Caoimhe in the showroom was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. I would highly recommend and will be using them again going forward.
