I placed an order directly through Scarboroughjokeshop.com.
Once confirmation came I realised it would not be here in time so immediately emailed them to cancel the order. I heard nothing back then I received an email to say the order had been processed and again I emailed to say I was very disappointed that they had sent it anyway despite my cancelling. The order has since come, and I phoned to ask how to get my money back they said I have to pay to return it. I don’t see why I should have to do this when I already tried to cancel the order before it had been processed- very poor customer service, they do not reply to emails. I will not be buying them from them again and I am left with something I should not have to pay to return in order to get my money back.
