Ordered and received MS Office 2024 Pro Plus 32/64 Bit Licence. However, when trying to install the software on a 32 bit computer I received a prompt that only 64 bit was available.
Emailed supplier twice in the last two weeks. Not even had the courtesy of a reply.

How sorry I am for the service, at least based on my experience with a 12-month Adobe Suite subscription.
I'm tired of contacting customer service pointlessly, and they've decided not to respond.
Since I started using this service, I've had to constantly switch accounts, which is a nuisance, but at least I could work. Now, however, my account hasn't worked for months. I repeatedly ask for support, and after a few days, they respond by activating a new account. I'm able to work one day, and the next, we're back to square one. I'm losing days of work for a service that, when it worked, was still causing problems, then it stopped working entirely, and my subscription was supposed to expire on December 14, 2026. It's September 1, 2026, and I haven't been able to work properly for two months!

I must have written about twenty emails in two months to access the service...

100% NOT RECOMMENDED.

Very good seller and nice after sale

I am not sure how they think they are legally appropriate if they do business with a half translated invoice that has no EU-OSS-VAT but rather no VAT at all. The support number after purchase is Italian but they claim that they are from the US and reply like the support agent isn't capable of understanding English by just replying "Yes yes" and stuff like that.

The price is good, but if they don't apply any VAT it's not for businesses.

Found out why they claim to be a valid company. Buying a shell LLC from Wyoming for 490 USD created by LLC Company (check the address in Google and Wyoming Economic Chamber), using a UK phone number for "WhatsApp support" and not complying with EU VAT regulations but claiming to be a valid US company. On the paper, yes, according to sticking to the local regulations, no.

Also they then send you newsletter in Italian. So, well, someone seem to have bought a U.S. LLC and now blows up the language/translation setup. There are just so many things that don't fit in my opinion.

Softastrd is fast and cheap; reliable.

The software is original as well as the passcode. I saved much money.

I liked easy way to proceed, only remark to unavailability or lack or clarity about the usage of discount coupon: I had to of them but once I clicked to proceed, transaction was effective.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2019 a few months ago from SoftAstrd. After updating to Windows 11, my version was no longer compatible with the operating system. Even though some time had passed since my purchase, I contacted SoftAstrd’s customer support to ask for help.

They replied within minutes, with kindness and professionalism, and immediately provided the solution to my issue.
