Worse experience. I purchase a licence for Adobe, not working and they are not able to solve the issues after a week! They do not want to issue a refund and the assistance replies every 3 hours.

Be careful - fraudulent advertising
Be careful! Fraudulent advertising: on their site the Microsoft 365 Personal license is advertised with word "product key". However, they don't give you a product key, but a license linked to a new Microsoft Account. So it is useless if you want to extend your license on your existing Microsoft account.

2 keys did not work for Office 2021 Pro Plus.
The customer service seemed to want to help, but they kept telling me to activate it with the phone, even though I inserted the keys successfully, and they are not functioning.
I showed them a CMD screenshot showing that both the keys do not work, so now they told me to activate it with the phone.
In my country they won't respond to the phone, in order to get the ID.
Anyway, all I wanted is a refund (as stated in the purchase page) so far they won't do it.
Thank you for your time at least, I guess.

Got a random mail from this site with a Picture in that says something like: your package stopped at the distribution center. I never bought something from this site. So i think they tried to scam me with this mail.
