For some reason the second code didn't work. I just bought two codes.

Everything worked out well
Easy to order, (but the payment step required me making several attempts to succeed. The error message indicated the problem was due to the payment site that could not find me or my purchase). Delivery was instant by email. Installation was straight forward (no need for an activation key). The software works after installation.

A Waste of Money and Time
I bought MS Office to replace older MS Office software that included Outlook, a core functionality for me in my life.
The programs installed and activated. However, they won't Connect. Outlook won't "allow" me to add my email address to Outlook as an account. I tried various options for adding an account, including attempting to manually add the email account, including with the POP and IMAP options, to no avail. There is no point in having this software that is all about connecting when it won't allow connecting!!
I reached out to the company, asking for their assistance, as it seems to be about me being sold an institutional version of the software, but the company hasn't even had the courtesy of replying.
A waste of money and time.

Works so far
I've been using Word all day and it's working fine. I did have to pay Keytive extra to do the installation for me. I have no complaints. Ask me again in about 6 months.
