I purchased from you Windows 10 Pro…
I purchased from you Windows 10 Pro (OEM) and have tried to install on my wife's laptop, but the license key you sent me with it is not correct. You have sent license key for Windows 10 Home and when I tried to activate it, it does not work and says that key is already been used and registered by someone else before. I ordered Windows 10 Pro (OEM) and not Windows 10 Home. I have filled in your activation fault report already but still have received your reply with a correct activation key. Order number 199941 Saturday 15/08/2026. I am still awaiting a response to rectify this as I cannot use it until the license has been correctly activated. Yet you now send me this asking me to rate you instead of sending me the correct license Activation key. You have my money. I cannot use the product yet. How would you expect me to rate Keytive?

Never again!
You buy software, and to activate it, they send you to websites full of malware that you can’t access without risking having your computer destroyed. You can’t activate the product. They refunded me.
