Hello,

I only received one pair six weeks after ordering (I bought two).

I haven't received a response to several questions/emails in three weeks :-(

What a disappointment. I totaly agree to all of the others with 1 star. They send my return back and now I have a pair of shoes that doesnt fit. Please don't buy at this website.

They are scammers. There is not a contact number in their website. I returned my shoes by post and they didn’t answer me anymore. It is terrible.

The order took 19 days to arrive. Items were of good quality. Since one of the items is 1 size too small I am trying for days to get in contact with customer support to arrange a return or replacement. So far only talking to a chatbot who files some useless cases and nothing happens. Tried email, chatbot and that’s about all options there are.

Multiple things to add to this one star review, in line with many other reviews I see here.

1. Delivery takes very long, shipping is announced soon but not actually shipped until weeks later
2. Returns require contacting to receive return instructions. 4+ messages on multiple platforms and still no response more than two weeks later.
3. I doubt whether the product I bought (Birkenstock) is genuine.

Ordered a pair of ON running shoes on June 20, which took two full months to arrive (August 19). A quick online search beforehand would have saved me from this scam.

A week after placing the order, I found multiple reports online detailing their counterfeit operations. I immediately contacted customer support to cancel the order and warned them of legal action if I received fake items. They denied the claims and flat-out refused to cancel.

When the package finally arrived, my fears were confirmed. They shipped high-effort fakes designed to fool anyone unfamiliar with genuine ON shoes, complete with cheap shoelaces and incorrect materials. I sent them a complete unboxing video along with detailed macro photos proving the items were fake, demanding a full refund. They ignored it completely.

I have already filed formal complaints with ASAE (the Portuguese authority responsible for economic safety and counterfeit goods), ON Running directly, and other relevant Portuguese and European regulatory entities.

Because their dropshipping network spans multiple countries (usual to get goods from china to europe), it forms a cross-border operation that draws more authority's interest.

Despite their extensive efforts to remain anonymous—from hidden domain registries to generic PO Box addresses—they left clear leads, including bank details on the invoice, and that's all it takes to get things rolling :)

I have already initiated formal legal proceedings.

Spending far more than the €90 they stole from me is worth it to expose this operation and hold them accountable.

Do not waste your money here. I have complete photo and video evidence of the unboxing process and the counterfeit product quality to back up every word.

A few minutes after placing the order, I contacted you to request a cancellation because I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. I was told that the order would be cancelled. However, the order was not cancelled and was eventually delivered to my home.

I contacted you again after this, but the order still was not cancelled. When the shoes arrived, they did not fit, so I now need to return them.

I have repeatedly tried to contact your customer service to request the return instructions. I have sent several emails to every email address I could find on your website, but I have not received any response.

This has made it impossible for me to return the product, as I need your instructions in order to complete the return. I am making every effort to return the shoes within the required return period, but your lack of response is preventing me from doing so.

Because I paid through Klarna and have been unable to resolve this issue directly with you, I have opened a complaint with Klarna and paused the payment while I wait for this matter to be resolved.

I would like to make it clear that I am willing to return the shoes. I simply need you to provide me with the return instructions and respond to my messages.

The level of customer service I have received has been extremely disappointing. I hope you will finally respond and provide me with a solution so that I can return the product and resolve the payment issue.

Scammers.
I don't know what else to do anymore. I received a pair of shoes smaller than they should be , and it's been a month they don't reply for return instructions. The shoes are fake and the company disappeared with out money

I placed an order 13 days ago on their sneaxlab.nl website and it has still not been shipped. They created a DHL delivery number early on, but the package has never actually been handed over to DHL.

To make matters worse, customer service completely ignores emails or chats, leaving customers entirely in the dark. Their own terms and conditions state that orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund, but it is impossible to get a response from them to process it.

Looks like a scam. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.

Made the mistake of ordering here. I cancelled my order before it was send and they send it anyway so they wouldnt have to refund the product. Then DHL "delivered" the item to my home while i wasnt home and i know they werent at my house because i have a camera.
Now this company refuses to do their due diligence according to Dutch law, article 7.14 and order an investigation.

Its been 4 weeks and still they refuse to do anything.

Do. NOT. Buy.

Good price. Real product. However very long waiting time without any updates and no response from my emails to customer service. Got the right product in the end after 3-4 weeks.

BE WARNED!! SCAM AND FRAUD!
NO ORIGINAL NEW BALANCE SHOES.
They don’t sell original New Balance shoes!!
They don’t accept the order to be returned.
So they also ignore EU laws!
I did 4 requests and they still keep asking why.

Check your 547 and 990 models, they always have a reflecting N logo.
The sole of the 999 model always has two kinds of hardness in the soles.

These guys are selling counterfeit products from China.

I ordered my Nike Minds, waited for 5 weeks, all sizes at that time were still available so right there i have already understood my mistake. I tried to cancel my order but they said it's already impossible. So i waited another 2 weeks to get my shipment and My Lord that was extremely stinky box because that cheap material was so nasty. I asked them for the refund, they tried to avoid that but then I said that i will make an official claim and they agreed. So after couple of weeks a got my refund to their credit.

Be careful.

Terrible, ordered some sneakers. Got an order receipt, but no order was sent. After several mails and 10 days waiting I got a cancellation that the sneaker were not available anymore. Do not order anything here!

Today, almost 2 weeks after ordering Ifinally got updated that my sneakers will be shipped, still it may take 3 to 7 business days before they arrive (and will be returned) waiting in total 3 weeks for the order to arrive is completely stupid

Fraud! Don’t buy, you Will not receive anything at all
