I was concerened that my purchase of a camera was too good to be true as they are so hard to get. I had a phone call from one member of the team to let me know straight away about a delay to delivery and from then on to the delivery the customer services team were excellent, responsive, clear and reassuring. Sarah in customer services was especially helpful. Would highly recommend.

The item was heavily delayed but the people I spoke to were very apologetic and helpful. When the delivery had not arrived I contacted them via email and had a phone call from them very quickly. The price was competitive and my purchase arrived well packaged and in good condition.

I've used Next Day Deal three times over the past couple of years, buying two Canon R6 mark 2 camera bodies and a Canon RF 70-200 2.8 lens. Big money purchases taking me out of my comfort zone. Next Day Deal's great prices allowed me to buy new, rather than second hand. The cameras and lens are brilliant, real game changers, and the customer service and support I've received from Next Day Deal has been second to none. I've got great guarantees and peace of mind, leaving me to focus on my photography.

I ordered a camera in July from this Company, but unfortunately it did not arrive the next day. It was expected to be dispatched later that week, but due to an issue with the courier (Royal Mail in my case) there was a delay in getting the camera from Next Day Direct's warehouse to Royal Mail's hub in Warrington.
However, the Next Day Team kept me updated with the progress and managed to get the issue resolved and I received the camera a few days later.

The package was very well parcelled up, and I received the manufacture's box in good condition.

I got a good saving off the manufacturer's rrp; in fact the price that I paid through Next Day Deal was a lot cheaper than all of the second hand copies of this same camera on MPB and Wex.

I would say don't necessarily expect a next day delivery - maybe check with them prior to ordering it, as I was not told at the time of ordering.

However, the offer prices are genuine and the customer service was excellent after ordering the item.

I have to say I am very pleased with both the price I paid, and also the camera that purchased.

The option on Trust Pilot does not allow me to input the dates concerned - just one of the days during this process.

Very fast delivery for the new R6V body. Placed my second order for the 35mm VCM lens and looking forward to it.

I was looking for a telephoto lens, and came across Next Day Deal. There price was very competitive so I decided to place my order. Within minutes I was emailed back with the order confirmation. Following on from this I received both an email and phone call to say my delivery would be delayed and I should receive my order within four working days. Sure enough the lens arrived in a very well secured box with protected corner brackets. Everything that Next Day Deal said did happen, and I can highly recommend them.

as soon is I ordered I got a phone call advising me it wouldn’t be next day but would be delayed I could cancel or I was ok to still ok to wait soon as the order went through I got details straight away how to track it a couple of days later I checked tracking and it h been shipped but a few days later it still wasn’t here which I was warned but me been me I was panicking so I contacted customer service and they were so helpful keeping me up to date rang me a few times to keep me up to date it arrived today and it’s brilliant it was worth the wait customer service was really good even rang me to make sure everything was ok will definitely be buying from them again well once av saved some money lol definitely recommend would give the customer service 10 stars of if I could because they were checking the order all the time once it had been shipped thank you again ☺️☺️☺️☺️ very happy customer

The company provided the product within the time scale projected even with a slight delay caused by other sources.

The Customer support for NEXT DAY DEAL waas brilliant I did have problems with the curier but NDD fixed this for me.
Overall excellent well worth the 5 stars

I had a great experience buying my new R7 Cannon Camera, the customer service is top notch, the camera was priced amazingly well and delivery was quick and every time I called I got through to a human very quickly and they were all incredibly friendly and professional. Great after sales also. I would recommend highly and will buy from them again in the future for sure.

My experience with Next Day Deals has been extremely poor from start to finish. If zero stars was an option id leave that.

The company advertises next-day delivery by 2pm, yet my order took 12 days to arrive. Even allowing for the Easter period, this is nowhere near what is promised and feels misleading.

When the item finally arrived, I exercised my legal right to cancel the same day. Despite this, the company failed to provide any return address or instructions, leaving me unable to send the item back while they delayed the process with internal “5–7 day” timeframes.

Communication was dismissive, and at times concerning. I was explicitly warned that initiating a chargeback “may be treated as fraudulent,” which is an inappropriate statement given I was acting within my legal rights.

It also became clear that the product supplied was more than likely grey stock as it didn't have a manufacturers warranty but one supplied by them. something that was not clearly disclosed on their website at the time of purchase.

As a result of their failure to facilitate a basic return, I have had to escalate the matter through my bank and won obtaining a full refund and they have since collected the product.

Overall, this reflects misleading delivery claims, lack of transparency, and poor handling of customer rights. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

In addition they have advised if I don't remove this review they will report me to action fraud and have called my husband to advise if I don't remove this review they will leave negative reviews on his business page. Again buyer beware. If things go right I'm sure it's fine, if things go wrong they are very unpleasant.
