Bought Canon R5 Markii from Cameriz. ordered on 19th of August and Received it on 3rd of September. Worth the wait for such a good value.

I was very sceptical, I did check reviews first . delivery times are slower than advertised . But communications were ok and messages were responded to. Delivered by fed ex as promised . I bought a Sony a7v with kit lens . Perfect and massive savings over other suppliers. I would personally say it was worth the additional week wait ., can't complain and I would use them again

Absolutely Brilliant Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

At first, I was a little doubtful as the parcel tracking wasn’t updating and there were no initial processing updates. However, the customer service team were very prompt and reassuring with their email responses, which really helped.

I received a brand-new, factory-sealed Canon RF 200-800mm lens at an absolutely fantastic price. The lens arrived perfectly packaged and exactly as described.

I’m extremely happy with the purchase and the overall service. I will definitely be shopping with Camriz again in the future.

The camera and lens are excellent and priced very competitive, though its imported but at that price its 100% worth. Customer service is really good and quick.

Have made 3 purchases from Cameriz now and very happy with the experience. Best prices I could find and new kit delivered from HK in 12 to 14 days, delivery each time was with Fedex. It takes a few days for Cameriz to notify kit has been despatched then another couple of days before Fedex pick up the parcel. Tracking was good throughout and the one time I made an inquiry it was answered promptly. Will buy from again.

I found this company to be trustworthy and reliable. The Canon camera body and the special lens I ordered arrived in brand new sealed boxes and I was pleasantly surprised to find the camera was set up as if for the UK market even though it was sourced from China (Hong Kong). And the price was amazingly low.
My advice to other buyers would be to ignore the emails you get promising imminent shipping and be prepared to wait a full two weeks for your items to arrive. My items weren't handed over to FedEx until 10 days after I placed the order but after that the delivery was fast. I don't know why the order processing takes so long. Maybe they have to get customs clearance from the authorities? Five stars regardless.

Excellent company to deal with, I had slight reservations to begin with as it being a 'grey' market site but I was kept up to date every few days with my order & when the delivery date would be, I believe my camera came from HK & was some 50% cheaper than some other well known UK outlets & I won't hesitate to purchase my camera gear from Cameriz going forward & I'll say to anyone who might be hesitant in purchasing from this company due to the cheaper prices to just buy & you will not be disappointed especially when your item arrives & you've saved yourself a small fortune. Very highly recommend.

I ordered a Canon RF 100-500 lens. Delivery took 2 weeks which is pretty typical for kit from Hong Kong. The lens arrived very well packed and in perfect condition and delivery updates were good. The real winner with Cameriz is the price! The lens costs around 3k from most UK retailers. I paid £1.7k from Cameriz. I can't comment on warranty claim as I've not had cause to make a claim. Overall very happy and will use again

This is my second order with Cameriz. So I had no doubt's about their creditability. It is first class. I was kept informed about the whereabouts of my order all throughout the sale. But more importantly saved over £900 on a lens. All brand new in security sealed box.

I felt i needed to do this review...why, because they deserve it, Cameriz supplied me with my Canon R50 kit with the RF-S 18-45mm IS STM + 55-210 IS STM brand new sealed in the box for an incredible saving, the trade of...16 days from order to hand, they answered every email polite and swift, tracking was fast, we are to used to the next day shopping, worth the wait for the savings.
I won't hesitate to use Cameriz again and recommend them. Thankyou

Delivery process is very disappointing

I cannot recommend these guys enough!
When I came across this site like a lot of people, I did some research as the prices seemed too good to be true. After looking at the reviews on here I was pretty satisfied but just to be sure I emailed them with a few questions before buying anything.
Reshma responded quickly and answered all my questions/doubts honestly and professionally. Sure it takes a few weeks for delivery but if you know that before you buy, I don’t see a problem with that. I bought a canon R5 mark ii plus a camera grip and extra battery. I was kept up to date with the delivery process and everything arrived well packaged. If you, like I was, are sat on the fence about using these guys… don’t be. If you don’t mind waiting and love saving almost 50%!! Go for it!

Ordered a Camera though them, it did take just over two weeks to get it but was kept informed from the tracker app.
But worth the wait since it was on offer and £300 cheaper than here in UK.
I was worried since it was a Grey good but no need, Genuine Camera with warranty and registered it with Cannon with serial code on camera.
Been using it for a month now and its brilliant.
would use them again.

I brought Nikon 180-600 lans from cameriz . It’s was excellent service lans came on time took 2 weeks to get here excellent price I recommend them . Definitely will buy again
