Love Naked Wines.
Firstly you choose how much you want to add monthly to your account, no costly subscriptions with wines you wouldn't drink.
You choose your wines as and when you want and the price comes off your account so its like a wine savings plan.
The wines are carefully chosen from small independent vine yards as as a member they are discounted.
At any time if you do not enjoy a wine you simply message and the cost will be added back to your account, this has only occurred to me once as I am always happy with my choices.
The wine is delivered very quickly and extremely well packaged.
I am more than happy to give Naked Wines 5 star review.

It is very easy to find wine that you think you'll enjoy, and there is a guarantee with every bottle ordered, that if you don't care for a bottle they replace it with something you might like or credit toward another bottle.

The wines are usually extremely good, as with wine, some are better than others. And their prices are very reasonable.

The wine is great, the selection is good, and the service is amazing.

Naked Wine is by far the best wine club out there. The quality of the wines are amazing and for an unbelievable price. I've been a member for I believe 10 years now and still keep finding new wines that are amazing from all over the world. Some of the best wine makers in the world are able to make wines there way because of Naked. Give them a try I think you might be pleased !

The experience with the staff was wonderful. They bent over backwards to help you with your needs and your taste. Responsive at all times and made the ordering process seamless. The wines are very good, obviously depending on your taste but there is wine for everyone's taste differences. The variety pack allows for exploration of wines not easy found in stores.

I've been a member of Naked Wines for several years now and I've sampled lots of wine over those years. Their wines almost never disappoint. The one time I did get a bottle that wasn't very good, they ere quick to offer a refund. Every correspondence I've had with Naked Wines has been friendly and helpful, and their employees are knowledgeable about the wines. The prices can't be beat, and it is a pleasure to drink great wines from wineries all around the world.

The company operates in a level of integrity that does not exists in today's business. For example: if a wine does not meet my taste, I am provided a credit for the purchase.

Every time I call, everyone is super helpful and friendly. The wine is really tasty as well and I love all the variety.

You can talk to someone when you call. They care about your likes and dislikes. It is easy to order.

The diversity of choices, excellent values, wonderful accomodations to needs---can't recommend Naked Wines enough.

Gave customer ratings for the wines they sell and refunds the cost of ones you don't like. Also, will deliver using any company you choose - UPS or FEDEX. Maybe some other companies.

Naked wines has made my choosing of wines so much easier as I learn more about the wine industry. The ease of making monthly angel payments to my account and the ease of ordering online makes the whole process so simple, and gives our wine makers what they need so we get what we want.
Orders are processed and usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days at most, with the option of having them delivered to a local UPS or FedEx store instead of to your home, where you can pick them up at your convenience.

Should you purchase a bottle of wine that you’re just not happy with and don’t care for just let them know, and they will credit your account for the purchase price of that wine. They always want the customer to be 100% satisfied, and I have been since day one.

Great wines, really excellent prices, easy delivery service (free over £100 order) and fantastically easy company to deal with. After over 20 years, I am still in love with it.
