Horrible experience

I don't like giving negative reviews, especially to small stores and in this category, but this was just too much.
Incorrect and incomplete description resulted in a return, which brought the price of the order down that I was charged shipping. I wouldn't have ordered anything had I known this. The entire refund process was lengthy and cumbersome. They would not call me after asking them many times and then finally told me they have no phone. The entire return took well over a month and I had to constantly reach out for status. I had to prove to them what the issue was with multiple photos and explanations and it seemed like it was just hitting deaf ears. Finally when they did say they would refund me, they refunded the wrong item. You can't make this up. Las straw was when they charged me shipping for the item I kept. Unbelievable experience. Never again. I gave them many, many chances to make things right, but the process was just too stressful to say the least. Mistakes can happen, but the true colors of a company show when you things go wrong and how they deal with fixing it. Noorart failed miserably.
