Great selection of books and materials, even educational toys. Usually or always in stock, which I appreciate. Delivery time is great. I just wish that shipping price is not so high. This is what deters me sometimes from ordering. If your bill is $75 or $100, shipping should be free, not $13-20.
Other than that, Noor Art is excellent.

Haven't gotten on my trip yet, but so far so good with Vayama. Process of buying the ticket was straightforward. I really liked how it was very clear as to what baggage was included with the ticket and the dimensions. I also really liked their dashboard, which included all the information I needed and FAQs. One thing I didn't like was that I couldn't cancel my ticket within 24 hours of purchasing. Most airlines do allow this but I don't know if 3rd parties do, but Vayama didn't.

I liked the wide selection of clothing as well as the variety of plus sizes especially. Will probably order again from here. Shipping was pretty fast. I ordered some big sizes/custom sizes so processing times before shipping I think was about 4-6 days. That's ok but wish
it was stated before paying (e.g., Does 7-10 business days shipping mean shipping and processing or just shipping?).

One big thing to improve on is getting back to me. I submitted a few customer service tickets but no one ever got back to me. Since I am a first time buyer and your company is from India I was really worried this could be a scam website despite the good reviews but then the package showed up about 14 days later. I liked how I could check my order on your website after logging in but when I clicked on "track my order" it was always a blank screen.

Buying a domain was easy through the website. I wish that the interface where it lists your domain (after you buy it) was clearer so that it states the domain name and not just the ref. #.
