We did receive your voicemail on September 3 requesting a callback on September 4, and we honored that request while also emailing you login instructions and a temporary password in an effort to help as quickly as possible. When we spoke by phone today, we stayed with you until we identified the issue and were able to get you into your purchased course.
We understand how frustrating it is when you expect to start learning and can't immediately access your account. While we're glad we were ultimately able to resolve the issue, we're sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations.
Our goal is always to provide prompt, personal support, and we're disappointed that we fell short for you. If, after today's resolution, you decide Thinkwell isn't the right fit, please contact us directly. So easy and effective!
Love this program so much! The videos are a few minutes long and go perfectly with the book. My kid is doing really well and feeling good about math! So much more successful than the program we used for years.

Homeschool Homerun!
My daughter is in 11th grade and wanted to take AP Bio. ThinkWell’s program looked like a perfect fit, and man, was I right! It’s only day 2, but she has told me each day how much she loves this class. She said that the guy is a good teacher & fun, and she said she wanted to do double classes each day but has to leave time for her other courses. 10/10 recommend! I wish you offered all subjects!

Room for improvement
Update: think well told me that the proposed schedule actually includes both volumes so that is good news for us. I think there is a better way to organize this though it’s a bit complicated with all the 2.2.3, 3.1.1 fashion of organizing it. Even just labeling it day one day two day three would be clearer.
The user experience is not that awesome. For example, every time I log on, we have to scroll down to the lesson we’re on and you don’t know which ones I’ve already been watched and which ones have not been watched. I don’t know if it’s different for the student? Also, I am doing grade 6 and there’s two volumes each one is 36 weeks. It would make much more sense for you to combine these two albums into 36 weeks so you can finish all of sixth grade and one school year. The set up is not the best in this way.

We did want to clarify one point about the Grade 6 books. While there are two companion book volumes, they are designed to work together to support a 36-week course. Volume 1 covers chapters 1-5 (weeks 1–18), and Volume 2 covers chapters 6-11 (weeks 19–36). Students are also welcome to move through the material at whatever pace works best for them, whether that's faster or slower than a traditional school year.

With all the current homeschool math…
With all the current homeschool math curriculum out there being mainly classroom based, thinkwell has been created specifically for homeschool families and has become a game changer. We were able to introduce this to our charter school and even get high school to adopt it, giving families more options for math at home.

My three children have used Thinkwell…
My three children have used Thinkwell for several years. Courses taken: Algebra 1 & 2, Trigonometry, Calculus, AP Biology, Honours Economics, Physics. They loved learning from Prof. Berger and Prof. Wolf. My oldest is in University taking a double honours, and my middle child is applying to the sciences (pre-med) programs this fall. My youngest has one year to go! Thinkwell has been instrumental in preparing our children. We are very grateful!

At the beginning of August, as many students returned to school, we experienced heavier-than-normal traffic that resulted in slower page loads for some customers. While the disruption was temporary, we know how frustrating it is when you're trying to start a lesson and the website isn't performing as expected.

I used Thinkwell to teach my two kids…
I used Thinkwell to teach my two kids math and science ahead of what was being taught in school. This raised their grades and allowed them to be placed in advanced classes. The math courses are very well organized with video lessons, and both online interactive problems and extra worksheets. I found it very straight forward to help my kiddos complete it, although I will say that I am strong in math myself and remember all my algebra and geometry, so my kiddos sometimes asked me to walk them through a few problems. I believe you can also ask for 1:1 help, if you wish. I recommend thinkwell to all my friends for their children.
