Have used Merseyrod previously, a few years ago, and they remain just as good. An external drain needed Attention. They were with me in just over an hour and the blocked drain was quickly and expertly sorted out. An efficient, trustworthy and reliable firm!

Toilet was backing up called Becky who was very helpful and arranged for someone to call around that afternoon .
Andy called to advise 30 mins away ,came and sorted the problem and explained the issue and sorted it for us .

Called Mersey Rod as United Utilities decided that my drains serviced only my property. The lady on the telephone was really helpful gave me all the information i needed. Within 2 hours my drains where cleared they showed me what the problem was and gave solutions how to prevent the problem reoccurring. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Called them in the evening as my drains had blocked (toilet wipes, I know, I know, lesson very much learned!). Explained my husband is going through chemo so need to keep the risk of infection low for him. Came out early next morning as a priority for us and sorted everything within 30 minutes. Recommendations also made after putting camera down to check everything out. Couldn't have asked for better service after a very stressful and smelly few hours where I had tried to clear it by hand!! Will definitely be using them to sort out their recommendations for me (no pushy sales tactics either, just up to me if I want to sort it or not) - Thank you!

Great service to rectify a big problem on Sunday morning. Drainage totally backed up to overflowing; waste, sinks, everything.
called Mersey Rod and the phone was answered within four rings. Very helpful girl told me of the service, the fees, etc and said someone would be here today and would phone before they came.
Dave was here an hour later and took about an hour to clear it all. Great service and will have no problem recommending them in the future. A very professional company.

Excellent service. Speedy turn out which was much appreciated. Engineer was thorough and completed the job with aplomb. The use of a camera to see the problem is well worth it (rather than a DIY attempt with ramming rods up a drain/soil pipe without any idea). Recommended. Thanks!

After contacting the company with the issue, they came out really quickly. They were really friendly and helpful. Even though the issue was unable to be fixed, they were happy to provide a report for my insurance company and I didn’t pay anything other than a very small deposit.
