Great Service

Great Service
I was recently looking to purchase a large quantity of carpet tiles and found carpet tiles next day. They had the tiles in stock and at a very competitive price. Ordering was straight forward, service was great and delivery was next day. Very happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend them.

Tiles are great quality

Tiles are great quality, held off writing a revue for twelve months to see how they coped with our office traffic. Glad to say they are still looking like the day we laid them.

Excellent Customer Service

I only required a small quantity of tiles to do a landing area at home. My first attempt at buying didn’t work as the payment screen on Worldpay froze just as I was authorising the payment. I was a bit disappointed as this company has a good selection of the higher quality tiles that I needed. Fortunately I had a call from the company who had noticed my incomplete order and wondered if I needed any help. The person I spoke to was either the owner or manager of the business and couldn’t have been more helpful. The carpet tiles were despatched within one working day and delivered by FedEx the day after. I am really pleased with the quality of the tiles and the level of customer service.

Bought carpet tiles and they were top…

Bought carpet tiles and they were top quality. I bought some cheaper ones from a different company and they were very poor but thought I would try a different company and I am so glad I did, the quality is excellent

Very cheap and good tiles but silly returns policy

Very cheap and good tiles. However the returns policy is a bunch of rubbish.

I ordered the tiles, but changed my mind as I wanted to laminate the floor instead - so when I asked to return them, the costs involved were very silly. On a £195.79 order they were looking to refund me only £122.11 as they had a handling fee and return carriage costs.

Really helpful when I ordered the…

Really helpful when I ordered the carpet tiles over the phone gave spot on advice with regards the amount of adhesive required and delivered next day as promised with regular updates on delivery time definitely use them again on top of that great product
