I had a water catastrophe!
I had a water catastrophe with my toilet, and Craig Barker came to help. He quickly vacuumed up all of the water, fixed the problem, and took the time to explain what had happened and how I could deal with it if it ever happened again.
Craig was patient, kind, thoughtful, and professional throughout. I really appreciated his help and the reassurance he gave me. He provided excellent customer service, and I'm very grateful for his support.

Jack the engineer who carried out the job was very polite. accommodating and carried out the job extremely efficiently. We had a leak under the sink and Jack rang in advance to let us know he was on his way and when he arrived dealt with the issue very professionally and promptly. Highly recommend this engineer.
