UK NOT BELGIUM but how can I put a review for uk if this is the only option to comment for manutan company. We received the trolley it was on a pallet the driver could not get it off himself so needed help to get it off. When we got it off the pallet we noticed one of the sides was damaged, we sent photos and did not get a response email so called and was told they were sending out a replacement which arrived they asked us to dispose of the 1st one which we did before building the 2nd which arrived with one man delivery and had to have help getting off the truck.
Yet again the sides were damaged one bent one bent and the metal split at the top. I couldn't be bothered contacting to explain so put a comment but was asked by a foreign branch to take down the comment and they would contact the uk branch and get them to contact me but they never have.

Absolutely amazing Customer service. This was my first time I had placed an order with Manutan..and to be fair..It wasn`t for much, but they were the only company that had what I wanted and at a great price with free delivery.

My order was placed late on a Thursday evening and checked Track My Order the next day to see that it stated it was "Out for delivery"..I thought no company can deliver that quick..!!

Then midday my order arrived..I can`t believe this..!! Absoulute first class service. Now have a customer for life..Well Done Guys.

I'm over the moon with my chair that was half the price than anywhere else I'd seen it. Delivery I'm pretty sure was for the end of Feb and I've just received it (2 days after ordering). Couldn't recommend this company enough and would definitely use them again in future :)

perfecte levering

Only just started using this company and bought some industrial cupboards. Excellent service, great quality and value and best of all, a VAT invoice immediately without having to chase it for weeks. Can say they are very good to deal with. 10/10

Customer service I would rate 5 star, but if your wanting your order to be on time then I wouldn’t buy from here. Ordered on the 14/05 with next day delivery, then the next day 15/05 the order never arrived. Contacted customer service and was told their was a delay in the warehouse and that my order would arrive on the 18/05. Been waiting all day for my order and still hasn’t arrived. After I was promised it would. Not happy at all!
