RfQ instructions are not followed…
RfQ instructions are not followed carefully. The initial delivery created issues and the second delivery will seem to have the same problem. Feedback already provided in writing.

Delivery times were incorrect and customer service provided wrong information about delivery couple of times. The email stated the rack will arrive in 96h but it never arrived.
