Better than expected
Because of the negative reviews i was quite sceptical, and it took almost a month until my package even got to DHL, but in the end it arrived on the last day of the timeperiod that was announced when i ordered. The Aromalamp is pretty looks like the picture and everything is fine.

Do not order there
Do not order there! This is a scam and they do not sell or deliver what thy offer on their website. The product I ordered never arrived, instead they send an alternative product, twice, were unable to fix it or offer a customer friendly solution. After several week the only solution was sending it back again and hoping for a refund, let´s see. Awfull experience!

We bought a lounge set with sofas made of Rattan but the quality is the poorest I have ever seen, really bad, could not be worst!!! Never buy on this website! It's chinese worst quality, it looks awful for 800 Euro! No instructions included! We received it in hundreds of pieces and have to put them together.

Terrible products, customer service even worse
Product that I received was incredibly low quality, badly packaged so it got damaged. I wrote to the company within two weeks but apparently to a wrong email. I didn’t receive undeliverable reply. There was no reply, so I wrote again, and after some time I went checking again through my emails and found another, well hidden email for customer service. I forwarded my original emails, proving that I wrote immediately. But the company doesn’t want to make a return. I didn’t write in the foreseen time. I read about these kind of companies that are purposely misleading customers this way, hiding emails or having very strange email addresses that look like fakes - how does this look like “ so_daf56f9d3e03_bdd0ea (at) message.manomano.com”.

Asking for delivery price two days after the order.
I did a simple order on a small thing (worth less then 5 €) which was clearly stated as Free Delivery. Payment went well and they took my money through paypal.
After two days i received an email that they want me to pay additional 7,60 € for delivery costs.
