Extremely negative experience with this service. The air conditioner was ordered back at the end of July, but as of today, it still has not been delivered. The delivery date keeps getting postponed, and every time there is a new excuse. They keep promising to resolve the issue, but nothing actually happens.

What is even more frustrating is that they still have not refunded my money. So, in the end, I have neither the air conditioner nor my money.

I am extremely disappointed with this service and believe this kind of treatment of customers is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this service. If you don’t want to deal with constant delays, excuses, and problems getting your money back, I recommend choosing another supplier.

Bought air conditioning for 4 rooms. POTENTIAL Problems with first unit that I opened. Asked if I should continue with installation, or If I will get a new unit? We are just going round the circles.....

This place is a total scam. They were meant to ship our order a week ago. They sent an email saying there’s an issue, gave a wrong customer name (so they are leaking other user’s data like it’s no big deal) and their phone number is not working. They are ignoring both our emails and our whatsapp messages. Do not make a mistake and order from them!

Very fast, and always the cheapest option

Top service. Clear product and process description, transparent communication, very good products and good prices. I our case the Mitsubishi AC was bit cheaper that everywhere else. Bought from Germany, delivered fast.
Now it was installed and working good. Thx!
I recommend the service to other people and surely will use it again.
